Location

    Amazing unforgettable stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful views and stunning pool. Peaceful and relaxing. Shuttle bus into town is a must as it is about €60 each way in a taxi!! The bus driver really friendly and always prompt. Good choice at breakfast and well kept rooms. We stayed 5 nights and had an amazing time definitely will be back.

    Idyllic hotel close to Sorrento which is perfect for a romantic break

    My wife and I have just returned from the most amazing week staying at the Grand Hotel Due Golfi. We really couldn’t have asked for more. Firstly all staff were really friendly,especially the reception team who always greeted us with a pleasant smile and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our stay in Italy was a memorable one. The views from our room overlooking the Bay of Naples was quite stunning as was the similar view from the hotels infinity pool and outside bar area. The cocktails served at the bar were fabulous so we were sure to visit each night before heading to bed. Our room #204 was lovely and were glad that we paid the additional premium for the sea view, which as previously mentioned was stunning from our balcony. The hotel is situated outside of the bustling town of Sorrento up in the hills but it was never a problem getting to and fro as they have a well organised shuttle bus service that runs there throughout the day and night. To summarize a fabulous stay in a beautiful hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Can’t wait to return.

    Firstly the views from this hotel are incredible! I could have stared at them forever!The hotel itself is in a great location to reach Sorrento/amalfi coast/capri. There is a free shuttle bus that runs to and from Sorrento every day, which is amazing as it saves so much on taxi’s. The food at the hotel was so delicious and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Really great cocktails also!The rooms were a decent size and very clean. If you have a Seaview room, the views are amazing.The pool area and gardens were so pretty and well kept, and again, the view from the pool was just amazing!100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in/near Sorrento!

    We spent a week at Grand Hotel Due Golfi and it was a lovely experience. The people at the front desk are very knowledgeable and accommodating. The restaurant is consistently good, our room spotlessly clean. We look forward to returning.

    I had an amazing stay at Grand Hotel Due Golfi in September. I have visited the Amalfi coast several times, and always searching for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing place to stay to experience the beauty of this area. Grand Hotel Due Golfi is this, and more. First and foremost, the customer service is absolutely amazing. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Amelia, whose customer service was outstanding. Once she checked me in, I realized I wanted to stay at this beautiful property longer-I had only booked one night. She assisted me with this, and I felt her genuine concern and empathy for the guest. Myself being a customer service agent for a major airline, I always recognize and appreciate exceptional customer service-Amelia delivers this. I watched as other customers came to the desk with questions and she was patient and attentive. My room was absolutely gorgeous-I had a beautiful view of the countryside, along with the sea and Sorrento. I relaxed at the pool, and had a delicious lunch at their poolside restaurant. Federico and David were also outstanding with their customer service. I also have to mention that Azul at the front desk was also excellent-every time I had a question concerning shuttle or dinner, she was outstanding with her assistance. There are just not enough words to describe how beautiful this hotel is, and their staff delivers such outstanding service. The hotel has a shuttle which brings you into Sorrento which is so helpful. Grand Hotel Due Golfi is truly a gem in the Amalfi coast. Thank you Amelia, Azul, Federico and David for making my stay so special and memorable. I cannot wait to return!
