  A disappointing stay- dear school travel companies, please stop sending people here.

  This hotel let me down. And took away from the overall quite enjoyable and interesting school trip. There were several issues, so speed round:- mould in the bathroom- power outages and faulty wiring/lights- food was mid, and not filling (my chicken was thankfully not raw, however like the other reviews that mention it say, I wouldn’t rule it out)- staff were rather absent and dismissive. They seemed rather reluctant to do their jobs.- sheets and pillow abysmally thin, I ended up sleeping fully clothed.

  ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely not worth it – avoid if you value basic comfortI genuinely don’t know how this hotel justifies offering half board when both the breakfast and dinner were so poor. Breakfast was especially shocking — at one point there wasn’t even any milk available, which feels like the absolute bare minimum. The options overall were limited and low quality.Dinner didn’t improve things either. The food was consistently disappointing and nowhere near the standard you’d expect when you’ve already paid for meals in advance.The room was another letdown. It was small, poorly maintained, and not properly clean. To make matters worse, the bunk beds felt unsafe and unstable — definitely not something you’d feel comfortable letting children sleep in.Overall, this stay was frustrating from start to finish. Between the food, cleanliness, and safety concerns, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  This hotel is what you would expect for a cheap price, the food was decent and breakfast was good. The rooms and bathroom were clean however some beds were rickety and made lots of noise with subtle movements. The outside didn't look the best, however the interior was better.Make sure you get a sea view room as the street is very noisy all night. My friend had her towel from home taken from her, make sure you keep your towel in your bag when you are out in the day!! Juice at breakfast was warm which was disappointing, but the water was chilled and refreshing. Overall, it was a medium experience: decent food, clean but hotel is tired.

  This place is simply a disaster. The reception is only nice to the (right people) and boys like us was just set back. Before they even met us, they already had assumptions about us. There was a big difference between being a boy and a girl. And in our situation as boys, we didn’t felt accepted just because of our gender, and that is deeply unprofessional. For example the reception told our teachers that we couldn’t be alone, and the first night was a try-period, to see if we could be here. We were put in the worst rooms, and the girls were put in some of the rooms with a truly beautiful view, even though we paid the exact same amount of money. I hope they see this, and hopefully this will never happen again in the future…

  Worse than hell! Don't come here!

  This is a sore excuse for a hotel! This place is a dump. Don't worry bout what room you pay for they still move you and your stuff with out asking for permission. Local shop is a rip off. Grate views from the window and by grate I don't mean great I mean GRATE. Like literal metal grates. The food is shocking don't eat any meat looks like it's been boiled and it's anaemic as hell. If u can chose to be vegetarian I would strongly recommend it for this trip. The chicken was pinker than Barbie. Wouldn't suprise me if it was plastic as well. One benefit of the food is you get some hair for a new wig which I will be needing after I've pulled all my hair out staying here. Salt and pepper would be a nice addition to the food as it is bland as toast. Could also do with some sauce as it is as dry as my but cheeks. One upside is they give you a TV but a downside to that is they give you no controller to work it. Although there is some benefits as the house cleaning was nice. The showers are as dirty as a pig sty. One addition is there is some rollercoasters here with the tower of terror (aka the lift) that drops out of nowhere. Someone must of had a goodnight with the bed now shaking worse than my grandma who has ptsd. Nice jacuzzi advertised for here and realised it was bright green. Got stuck in the basement rooms but there is a window we can climb out of and use it as a balcony although it isn't big enough to fit a dwarf. Thank the lord I wasn't on a stag do cause the toilets don't lock even in the lobby
