    This is by far the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff are so helpful and friendly, pool area is lovely, rooms are kept spotless. Breakfast was same every day but to a very high standard. We ate at night here once and the food was delish.

    Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really made the experience outstanding was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Special mention to Luigi & Paulo, their excellent service made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return! The only minor critique is the road leading to the centre of Sorrento doesn’t have pavement for a small part of the walk, but there is a bus every 30 minutes which is 2 euro.

    The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The Staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, cakes pastries, bacon, sausage boiled eggs. It was the same everyday but suited us. The bathroom had a large shower and there was storage under the sink for wash bags. The balcony over looked Mount Vesuvius in the distance, framed by a lovely tree. The bar food was resemble priced and delivered to your sun lounger. Cocktails and drinks were always accompanied with nibbles. The hotel is within walking distance of town about 20 mins walk, but the road is very busy and there are no pavements, so we chose the bus number 008 which runs regularly from just near the hotel.We didn't eat at the hotel in the evening as we hadn't heard good reviews, so we can't comment.But there is an excellent restaurant next to the hotel called Verdemare which is very resemble and serves fresh fish and pasta.

    This hotel could teach the top guns on hospitality. Customer service second to none. Hotel is spotless, breakfast is ample. Our room didnt have a view but was south facing with a large balcony, table and chairs. Rain forest shower, bathroom slippers, huge comfy bed, plenty of mirrors, fluffy towels, bottled water and daily housekeeping. Bus stop outside hotel to the right, says bus on the road, two euro cash, for a trip into town. We walked down, views were amazing bus up. We didnt use the pool, too much to see and do. Had a nightcap in bar every evening all was good. Would defo reconmend.
