    The hotel is beautiful, the views are superior but the staff at the hotel was amazing and made it feel upscale but yet like family, Angela, Italia, Assunta, Thomas were all amazing. We were very sad to leave because everyone was so pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and the service at the bar was superb.

    Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was bright and fun. The private terrace we had for our upgrade was really lovely. Breakfast was reasonably good, but the waffles and pancakes were a bit dry. Everything else was great. Dinner in the restaurant was a basic menu (pizza and pasta) but it was tasty, and very good value. Swimming pool was unheated and given that the hotel was 500m above sea level a bit cold. Complimentary bus service was great and the drivers were helpful. However the BIG plus of this hotel is the absolutely fantastic views which you get across the whole bay of Naples. Really wonderful. Also convenient for visiting Pompeii. It was possible to walk down and up through the footpaths but it's a pretty severe descent and climb, but fun if you like a challenge. We were there 5 nights

    Lovely Hotel in the hills of Sorrento

    We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Prestige. The setting of the hotel on the hill overlooking the town of Sorrento and the sea is stunning.The staff is friendly and professional. All of the staff were terrific and helped make our stay special. We liked being away from busy Sorrento.Our king room had a private terrace. The hotel boasts many outdoor spaces and patios. There is a nice swimming pool with a large patio, with chairs and umbrellas. There is a snack bar at the pool area. There is a walking path among the trees, within the property. There is an informal restaurant that serves pasta and pizza. A more elegant restaurant is within walking distance of the hotel (we did not dine there).The hot and cold breakfast is very generous and served in a quiet dining room. The free limo shuttle takes you down into Sorrento, near Hotel Ceasare Augusto. From the drop off point you can walk down into the shopping and tourist district. We highly recommend Hotel Prestige.

    A few down sides but a lovely stay

    We stayed at Hotel Presitge whilst in Sorrento. The staff couldn't do enough and were able to help with every query we had the were all amazing. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes drive from the center of Sorrento and a free shuttle bus is available at various times. On the wedding day itself we needed to go outside of the hours and for 30 euros the driver took us right to the door of the venue. A taxi would have been double that so we were very grateful. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel but the breakfast was good. Sadly, there are no windows in the breakfast room. A couple of down sides the housekeepers were very noisy and woke us every morning around 8am with chatting and clattering of their trolly. There is a 2 euro fee for towels to use at the pool and a 5 euro a day fee to park the car. We had a superior room but it was pretty small and the air conditioning points straight at the bed so we could not have it on at night. Other than this we had a lovely stay. Thank you to the helpful and friendly staff.

    Stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights while visiting Sorrento. Staff friendly and attentive, hotel spotlessly clean and pool area beautiful with a delightful pool bar and seating area with a fabulous view over Sorrento. Snacks and drinks decent price. Lovely breakfast area with typical southern Italian decor. Would definitely stay again.
