    Very very bad, or rather no communication. Don't live up to what they promise.

    Very bad communication. No response to an email sent on a saturday early afternoon asking for a quote.No response to a reminder on sunday and a whatsapp. Only after sending again a whatsapp on monday, they stated that an offer will be sent within 30 minutes.... 24 hours later, still nothing. They lost a customer with this attitude. The website even states to sent an email for a quote. They clearly totally don't understand customer communication.

    This place is a little peaceful haven in the middle of the busy traffic of Sorrento. As soon as you enter into the driveway and walk up towards the entrance it feels special. Staff are extremely friendly and breakfast had a great selection of items for a relatively small hotel. The room was also great with a huge shower, and a lovely private terrace. Its a perfect place for couples, and would love to return there!

    We really enjoyed our one week stay here. We loved the grounds, which were an oasis of calm, and the pool area was such a lovely area to spend time relaxing. All the staff were so very charming and helpful. The breakfasts were very well presented in pleasant surroundings and the room very comfortable. The walk from Sant'Agnello was about 25/30 minutes to Sorrento, but we were pleased to have chosen to stay here rather than Sorrento. It's a short walk to a wonderful sea view, and also close to the station for trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum.

    Had a wonderful week in Sorrento and exploring the Amalfi coast. The Relais Villa Savarese was a perfect location as less than a 30 minute level walk into the main area of Sorrento with its abunadance of restaurants and beautiful places to visit. The hotel is set in luxurious gardens and there is some beautiful views of the coastline only a short stroll away. The hotel staff cannot do enough for you and always made us feel very welcome. We used their parking facilities which was easy and breakfast each morning was very pleasant and plentiful. Thoroughly recommended.
