    Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. One of the waiters smelled strongly of alcohol, Staff should maintain proper hygiene and professionalism at all times, especially when serving customers.

    Lovely setting with stunning views

    We stayed in a bungalow for 4 nights over the Easter weekend. It looked exactly as it does on the website and is very clean. The only negatives for us were the pillows as they are memory foam but that’s personal taste. We also didn’t like the blankets, they felt horrible and didn’t feel clean. The setting is very peaceful and we had a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius. The beach wasn’t open which was disappointing as we would have liked to have seen it. The shuttle bus is great and the walk into Sorrento isn’t as bad as some say. The coffee and cake from the restaurant is amazing and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here, just make sure you have enough days as we ran out of time to use the lovely pool area.     We spent 6 fabulous nights at this very welcoming site in our Motorhome with wonderful views over Sorrento and Mt Vesuvious.     Relaxing stay in the low season!

    We spent 3 nights here at the beginning of November so it was the low season. For this reason there was no children's entertainment but we knew that in advance. However it was very peaceful as we were one of the only families there which was quite welcomed after our trip from busy Naples! We did not eat in the on-site restaurant as we ran out of time. There is a shop on-site however this was not open for browsing during our stay. The lady who was serving the coffee at the restaurant said if there was anything we wanted from the shop she would go in and get it for us which was kind but from what I could see it looked like a nice shop for souvenirs so I was disappointed not to get some time in there! The rooms were great and had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is that the bedrooms would benefit from smaller reading lamps as opposed to just one big light on the ceiling. There is a self-service laundry service on-site too which is handy and requires the use of an app rather than coins. The same lady who served us coffee was very helpful in explaining how it worked. The view from our cabin was absolutely stunning. I did not expect to see such a view of Vesuvius, I am still in disbelief! There is a bus to Sorrento from outside the campsite that costs €2 one way and comes every 30 mins or so, but don't rely on the timetable as it seems to come whenever! We really loved our stay and even braved the pool! We hope to come back in high season as I'm sure it's very lively.
