Location

The resort lies in the heart of Bellavista Natural Park. The resort is surrounded by beautiful beaches and Arbatax Port is just 1.5 km away. Both Tortoli Airport and Tortoli centre are within a 10-minute drive.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 380 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, golf, archery and horse riding.     The resort is large and visually impressive, located in a genuinely beautiful setting, but unfortunately my experience was significantly overshadowed by poor organisation and frustrating service issues.From the beginning, there was a clear lack of coordination and communication regarding basic guest expectations. Even simple things were not handled smoothly, and this created constant unnecessary stress during the stay.A major disappointment also came from excursions and logistics. After a long journey, we arrived at Cala Luna only to find it closed, which felt like a complete waste of time and left us feeling misinformed and let down. Experiences like this made it hard to trust the information being provided.Inside the resort, the service structure was equally problematic. Basic daily needs were not readily available and often required repeatedly asking staff for very simple items such as sugar, cutlery, or other essentials. These are things that should be automatic in any resort of this level, yet they consistently required effort and persistence.The issue was not individual staff members, who were generally polite, but rather a poorly organised system that felt inconsistent and unprepared to handle basic guest needs efficiently.Because of all this, it was extremely difficult to relax. Instead of feeling like a guest on holiday, I felt like I had to constantly manage and chase down very basic things just to get through the day.I would strongly advise future guests to be aware: if you are expecting a smooth, well-organised resort experience with reliable communication and effortless access to basic services, this may not meet those expectations.
