    Our experience was wonderful. We were exceptionally well from when we first arrived until we left very early the next morning. The room and grounds were also exceptionally clean.

    We stayed here for our last night before travelling home from our 16 day road trip around Sardinia celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. And wow what a way to finish! Our room was upgraded to the best in the hotel. A private pool shared with 2 other rooms, a massive hotel room with a huge jacuzzi bath, rainshower, coffee machine, satellite TV with Netflix!! We had rated all our stays out of 10 (there were 9 places we had stayed at in total) and when we saw this we were “well I think this one takes the top spot! 10/10!”. Nicola greeted us on arrival and was just so helpful and kind and genuinely could not do enough for us. We were sad to leave Sardinia but to finish it off staying here was just perfect. Dinner at the hotel restaurant Luca’s was amazing and breakfast was lovely too. We had come from Chia and Pula (lovely beaches) and spent our last late afternoon and evening here before travelling back to Cagliari airport in the morning. Could definitely have stayed here longer but grateful to have spent time here at all. Thank you Nicola for your kindness and hospitality. Would come back to stay here in a heartbeat. Just perfect!

    We spent 12 days at this outstanding boutique hotel. The staff were amazing; friendly, accommodating, smiling and always willing to respond to our requests for advice and assistance. They made us feel very much at home. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the bedrooms were maintained to the highest standards. The breakfast was very tasty: the scrambled eggs were to die for!! Luca's restaurant is first-class and deserves a Michelin star. Luca and his team were always willing to adapt the menu to ensure that our individual needs were fully catered for. The hotel has a nice, clean swimming pool suitable for young children and adults and the spa offers a range of invigorating treatments. Set in beautiful gardens with glorious array of colourful flowers and bushes, Eliantos is a little piece of paradise. Thank you Gini, Luca, Monica, Emmanuella, Nicolo, Andrea, Mauro, Salvatore and everyone who helped make our holiday such a wonderful experience during the heatwave!! We will be back. We strongly recommend that visitors to this enchanting island find time to stay at this treasure!

    Mastering unkindness of behaviour: how to make your stay uncomfortable

    Location: positioned well : close to Pula village and Chia beaches. You need to have a car. Garden is very nice. pool is just plastic from the ground to the pool itself. Jacuzzi ok. There is also a spa, we didn't try it so I cannot comment . There is no reasonable beach close by (the one close is terrible with rocks and algs)Room: superior room is for Smurfs (puffi). There is no space . The room is for 2 people but there is no space to put 2 luggages, no space once you open the closet. Noise from the road and in the evening from the restaurants. Toilet accessories are not according to a 4 star hotel : plastic cup for the teetbrush (it doesn t work), no Kleenex, no cotton to remove makeup. Tv signal terrible (e.g. realtime doesn t work)Service: staff at the reception and for breakfast are acting mechanically and often replying to you in a sarcastic way. They makes you uncomfortable, for sure you don't feel welcome. A more friendly behaviour would be really appreciated to make the stay more comfortable. Only one day we experienced a friendly lady running the service during breakfast. Price: the money you pay is not worth. For sure a place where you don't won't to visit again.

    Top Notch Experience - Clear recommendation from Germany

    We stayed for an entire week - this vacation was our last one before we would become parents. Hence we decided deliberately for a resort kinda place with extraordinary service. I am frequent business traveler across Europe. Thus, I had the privilege to experience many hotels from 4 to 5 stars, from Sheraton, Pullman to Marriot - you name it. As for Eliantos I have to admit: this was one of the best experiences I ever had. The rooms are well decorated and spotless, the beds are comfortable, the views from any type of room are lovely and very accommodating. The pools are lovely and support your relaxation at any time. Yet, the most important aspect which deserves credit is the service. Eliantos proved to us they are striving for service excellence. My fiancée and I had two small incidents during our first two days which we have immediately reported to the staff. The front office team and manager reacted swiftly and highly professionally which in turn led to an amazing stay and experience. Greetings Konrad from Germany
