  This place pros: - bus and train station very close- coffee and tea facility- room is clean and you get fresh towels everyday- easy check in/out procedures- comfy bed- hot tubThe cons:- The neighborhood seems sketchy, every night the door gets full of garbage bins - the road is also quite dark.- air cond directly on bed- view on the condo's inside- quite noisy (kids upstairs, loud music)- no info regarding room facilities- not much attention to details

  Brilliant bed and breakfast!

  The rooms are lovely and clean. Towels changed daily. We had a room with balcony, although on a busy road it was very quiet in the room. Tv, lots of hot water, area with tea and coffee maker. We were quite lucky because we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely return and recommend to friends, ideal position for the centre of Cagliari. Cesare was very helpful, thanks for a great break!!

  Enjoyed my time in Cagliari. Great customer service and friendly staff. The rooms are decorated perfectly and clean no problems at all it is located near to town center 2 min walk thank you guys for making my holidays great.

  This Bed and Breakfast charged €360 to my credit card claiming I'd made a booking through Expedia and never turned up , saying they were entitled to charge me the full amount. When I called them to explain I'd never used Expecia and never made a booking and asking them for the booking details so I could notify my Australian bank of fraudulent activity, they claimed it was not their problem, couldn't help me and hung up. Thanks so much for your help and for helping Expedia too. Goodness knows what the hospitality is like at your establishment. I think these questions would be asked by anyone.I responded to Mrs Deborah that I would check the payments received in the previous days, no one ignored her requests.Following Expedia (even here I have doubts) call me, on behalf of Mrs. Deborah (another question that I ask is if the lady has never been to us, Why did he turn to Expedia?)Throughout the morning I spend my time understanding this absurd situation, so I did not neglect the lady, my time has a value.In my research, I find the credit card details that the lady says to be her credit card, but the boss is another person, at this point confusing and frustrated I call my bank. My bank tells me that it might be a credit card cloning situation but of course you have to do the right checks with the postal police. I make my complaint to the postal police and inform Mrs Deborah that all the checks will be made (I have documentation of my dialogue and of my messages with Mrs. Deborah). If your card has been cloned by someone, the insurance repays the damage suffered and I tell you that my case is full of the availability of the case.In short I just did my job, I had guests who used a credit card, for us hoteliers is routine. Now the problem is: is the person who has stayed with us an acquaintance of Mrs. Deborah? Is anyone trying to cheat me? The police will do all the right checks. One thing is certain we are accustomed to working and fatigue does not scare us, we do not steal money to anyone and in exchange for the 360 ​​euros we have given a service, it will be the police to figure out what's behind this cheating.   What a wonderful stay for three days in Cagliari. The accomodation provided by Alice and Caesar made our stay so comfortable. Our fully equiped room included every little touch you could think of. The building although drab and mundane on the outside is an oasis of cool and calm when you reach your accommodation. Never judge a book by its cover.
