This hotel lies in a peaceful location with wonderful panoramic views over the gulf of Cagliari, at the end of the beautiful beach of Poetto and only 2 km from the town centre. Links to the public transport network can be found directly by the hotel and the beach is around 1500 m. Elmas airport lies some 20 km away.

Facility

5 suites, 9 single rooms and 121 double rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift.     Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

    We stayed here recently and I must say its the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is in no way a 4 star hotel, the room while fairly clean was outdated and extremely basic, the facilities in the room where in poor working order. The shower itself was tiny very little space to move around in, the hair dryer didnt work and the AC looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time as it was black with the build up of dirt. We were put in the back of the hotel and the noise every night was ridiculous. The buffet breakfast wasn't great although the chocolate croissants were quite tasty to be fair. The only positive is there was a bus stop outside the hotel which brought us to the town centre which is roughly 40 minutes away and the bus ticket only costs €1.30 each way which is great value! Their was one receptionist ( cant remember her name) she was extremely friendly and helpful. She lived about 20 to 30 minutes away from the hotel and uses the bus route every day to get to work so she was able to tell us all about the bus route and safest places to get the bus back from to the hotel which was extremely helpful. So a big thank you to her. But I wouldn't recommend the hotel to stay in unless they dramatically updated it. It would not put me off visiting Cagliari again as its such a beautiful place

    Not a hotel for a Holiday

    This hotel is not suitable for a family holiday. Needs a good refurbishment. Menu choices are poor, which included frozen items, so not freshly cooked. Air con was loud, electrics tripped out. Pool area was poor, no seaviews as advertised Bar area small and poorly staffed. Hot drinks at breakfast were served in paper cups. No positives at all

    After reading reviews I didn’t have high expectations. However I was really impressed with this hotel. My room was spotless and so were the communal areas. The pool is great and not many hotels have one. The food was wonderful with lots of options. Good transport links with buses. The restaurants nearby are brilliant and have WiFi. There is a pharmacy and supermarket a 5 minute walk also. The reception staff speak very good English and are helpful. The lifeguard is brilliant and really helped me with advice about travel etc. I would definitely go back.

    Pool area dirty, pool bar not open & toilets locked until day 3.Air conditioning very poor, fridge not cold, furniture old, bathroom shower head doesn't reach the hook so kept falling off, taps broken, mirror lights didn't work, not hot water after 9pm. Whole hotel needs painting and updating. Hotel far from the city centre & beaches. Staff friendly, slight language barrier. Nothing in reception like leaflets of things to do or see. Would be helpful for info of how to get around on local transport. No views of the sea. Outside of hotel is only 2 restaurants, spar supermarket and a pharmacy.

    From reading previous reviews, I had low expectations and almost decided not to stay here even though the Tango Marathon event was at this hotel. I have to say that my experience was EXELLENT, from the receptionist to the quality of room. I reserved a Single Room and was offered a BIG room with a big comfortable bed and a bathtub. The room was clean and has all the amenities I needed. I have no idea why this Hotel received such low ratings from previous Guests. Especially for the price, this Hotel exceeds its value. The breakfast was also extensive with hot and savory selections in addition to sweet ones. The coffee machine was broken and the staff hurried to serve each table from their espresso machine at the lobby bar. Everyone who work there were hospitable, polite, professional and diligent. I find that Sardinians are the most hospitable, soft, calm and sweet people. I love them and will return again. I travel every month and stay at Hotels ALOT and am a rather picky guest. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. Thank you.
