    This was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had in my 40+ years of traveling. It started with stressed hotel staff at check in (yelling in itialian at each other), no water to flush toilets in the rooms, and ended with someone coming into our room unannounced. There is also no AC in the rooms & the “hotel” is very hard to find. We do not recommend and this particular one night stay has really set a bad tone for our holiday. Details:Not having running water in the room is a deal breaker. At this point a hotel should really not be operating. However the staff continued to say it was coming back, even though when we arrived apparently it had been broken for 2 days. When we asked for a refund they initially said yes but then kept making excuses why they couldn’t give it to us. We ended up leaving because the hotel was not habitable and we will dispute the charge with Visa directly. The hotel staff member - ADO - was extremely incompetent with a lack of customer service that I have never seen before. Rolling her eyes & yelling in itialian. It was mind boggling. Stay clear from here!!

    Highly recommended. Super staff on the reception -- Malia and Kerem. They could not have been more helpful. Rooms had everything you need. The breakfast had lots of choice with fresh local items. There is also another restaurant a shor walk from the hotel.

    Best of Sardinia - perfectly situated to enjoy mountains and the Baunei coast. The staff made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Beautiful grounds, fun pool time, and delicious morning pastries. Lovely rooms. Special thanks to Maria Assunta for her guidance and amazing hospitality.

    If you are looking to relax and escape from busy places you are in the best place in Ogliastra region. Surrounded from the Santa Barbara mountains Hotel resort Orlando offers you the right ambiance and atmosphere. The highly sought-after Sardinian art is perfectly set throughout the resort. The food is delicious and well presented. We tasted all local and traditional dishes and our palate was greatly surprised ; it has remembered my childhood when my granny cooked for us. Thank you very much for the lovely experience much more above our expectations. Very grateful and see you again next year. Our compliments to Pietrina and Family.

    Bad service. Bad over priced wine. Don’t even bother. I’ve been sat here for an hour. They’ve bought out a rather bland pasta and not the wine I’ve ordered. The service is confused.
