Location

The hotel is located just 3 km from the lively town of Pula. Highlights in the area include the Roman town of Nora (4 km), the natural park of Piscina Manna (1,5 km), the beautiful beaches and panoramic road to Chia (15 km). There is a bus and train station about 35 km from the hotel. Cagliari - Elmas Airport is approximately 35 km away.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 2 suites and 82 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Sport

Plenty of active relaxation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoor pools. Even in bad weather, a swim in the indoor pool is always an option. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. With snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym and yoga. The wellness area offers pure relaxation and includes a spa and a steam bath. For a fee, massage treatments are available to guests.

Meals

Dining facilities include 2 restaurants, a breakfast room and a bar. The complex offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and full board can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. A delicious and varied buffet is freshly prepared at breakfast, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Minimalistic, stylish, eco hotel. Service can be improved. Some of the staff were very friendly. I was there for a Retreat Show, so there were quite a lot of people, with full occupancy. I wish there were more vegetables and healthier options. I wish there were a free shuttle to the beach club, but there was not. I wish the bicycle rental was also included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

    I would advise people not to take half board. The food and service is awful.I would advise to hire a car. There are no suitable options for dining in the area.I would advise taking a beach towel of your own. The beach club charges 60€ a day for 2 sun loungers.I would definitely check the conditions of the golf course. We were charged full price for playing on an unplayable course. There as no grass on the fairways and corrugated “grass “ on the greens.All in all probably the worst holiday we’ve ever had.The attitude of many of the managers and of the pompous deputy maitre ‘d was totally unacceptable. We are sorry that they did not meet your expectations, despite the efforts of our staff and the General Manager to ensure you had the best possible holiday experience.Regarding the golf course, unfortunately, it has not rained in this part of Sardinia since September of last year, and our water reserves are nearly depleted. Since last winter, we have implemented a water conservation plan, which has allowed us to preserve the greens and tee areas.We are doing everything we can to improve the situation, and we hope to welcome you back in the future so you can see the improvements for yourself.Regards

    Very high standard of hotel, good service and excellent room. Good location for the golfers and the beach shuttle bus was great who don’t have a rental car as we had.     We stayed at Villa Luxi and I was speechless! The pictures speak for themselves.The creative mind of Fuksas breaths through the walls of the house: the sand colours of the building , the blue of the bathrooms, the green garden surrounding the villa. Colours of the nature assembled into a masterpiece.
