  Great place-Perfect if the AC worked...

  Very nice hotel- clean, quiet and great location. The one thing that keeps it from a 5-star review is that the A/C doesn't work! I'm sure that this has very little impact 7 months out of the year, but when it's 33 C outside, the rooms become little saunas...and it becomes especially challenging at night. It might be better if there were bathroom fans to move air through but if they exist, they also don't work. This was also noted by our traveling companions in other rooms, so it may be a system problem.

  Wonderful hotel with such helpful and smiling staff. Great location. Breakfast very good, on the rooftop. Our room was perfect. Everything within walking distance.   Excellent hotel, with good taste and discretion, welcoming and empathetic staff. Very good location for the most important points: train station, museums, churches, tourist area and many restaurants. Hearty breakfast in a well-lit place. Walkable distance, and great Wifi. Very clean and all the staff (reception, cleaning, assistant etc.) are very well trained. I hope to stay at this hotel when I travel to Cagliari again. Fair value for money.   Good location, decent hotel

  Hotel was small and basic and fine for one night. It was a couple minutes walk from the train station to the airport, and easy to walk to the main parts of town. Good restaurants right outside that were not crowded like the city center. Weird key with a keychain that seemed like it weighed 5kgs, but at least it detached. The room was basic but clean and nice bathroom. Pretty quiet. No view from the room or natural light.   Hotel is in a perfect location and staff on reception were always ready to greet you with a smile when passing, the same cannot be said for some of the breakfast staff. The girl on duty 2nd 3rd and 4th june was incredibly friendly and always smiling while making the coffees ,but the rmanager did not once speak or greet us in the 4 days we stayed there, and we felt she only had time for Italians, which is a shame, the girl on duty on the 5th( the day we were leaving) only had time for her phone , tables were not cleared and we had to make up our own table to sit at. The breakfasts were great though and there was always enough to eat. Beds and pillows are extremly hard and housekeeping did a great job keeping the place clean.
