  The beach is beautiful, the hotel is set in a stunning location among the mountains, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I also found the reception and cleaning staff to be very friendly, with Benedetta at reception standing out as especially lovely and helpful.However, the Central Restaurant was disappointing. Guests are not allowed to serve themselves, which feels unusual for an all-inclusive hotel. Portions of meat are cut very small, and if you ask for more then 1 piece, the response and the side eye can feel uncomfortable. On one occasion, when I tried to serve myself some soup, a member of staff even took the spoon from my hand, which I found surprising and a little off-putting.There was also one incident in the bar area that left a very negative impression: one of the bartenders was actually throwing up behind the bar while colleagues stood by laughing. This was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to witness.Another concern was with the lifeguards. They seemed more focused on their phones than watching the sea, even during the biggest storm. That did not inspire confidence in terms of guest safety.Overall, the location and friendliness of certain staff — especially Benedetta — were highlights, but the dining experience, bar service, and attentiveness of the lifeguards need improvement.   Marcelo is a great bartender - he made us some cocktails that are not on the list but they are very good. So far a great start to our holiday and will come back with more!   We have already answered this in the survey-not an atmosphere for other than large families with young children and partying every night until midnight. You should make this clear to all guests.   An amazing holiday experience

  This is a stunning resort. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We were made to feel like family. The atmosphere is warm and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. The resort is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. Thank you does not seem enough. The humor and kindness shown by the team by far is what made the holiday even more special. We will be back, and we will win at Boccia next time!   POSITIVES…Spacious roomBig bedWe’ll decorated Good foodBeautiful beachNice pool areaHelpful staff (Take google translate)Designated table in restaurantNice little shopBoat trips go from just along the beach; found the 4hour trip too long in a dingyNice music during the day, but gets loud at night (ironically in English) so ask for a room nearby reception area if want early nightsNEGATIVES…My room, near reception too far from bar & beach, but quieter at night Shower, not a power shower!No English tv99.9% Italian guests, so unless you speak Italian you’ll feel left outNowhere near main town of Cagliari, costs €130 each way and 1 hour to get there! Entertainment all in Italian€200 per week for front row sun-bed’s at the beach!Too many beach sellersNo mushrooms or tomatoes, only meat, pastries and fruit for breakfast, no good for vegans No poolside umbrella’s No beach barComplex at a 45 degree slope, so if you have breathing or disabilities you’ll struggle.
