  Miserably hot and stuffy with only a fair staff at best. Avoid this place.

  Rooms look nice but… no real AC, “wall cooling” which doesn’t cool the room, no fan, no air flow…miserable. No AC or ventilation in evelators.Staff not very friendly, limited options around to eat and Trento not with visiting either. Really upset with tour operator (Insight Vacations) for selecting such a poor hotel.   This Hotel remains new but in a okay way. There is no issue with checking in, the staff is quiet. This Hotel isn’t really super clean but acceptable in all ways.   Don't bother. Staff lazy and unhelpful

  Checked into the room and it was a view of next door building. Room was cool but then we went out for food. Came back AC was not working. Rang reception and was told "we wouldn't feel the air and the walls get cold" and give it time. 2 hours later room still hot. Called again. Same answer. No restaurant, no bar, nothing open in the hotel because it was a Sunday and apparently no one works on a Sunday. No English channels or ability to cast onto the TV. Hated it. Would not recommend. Staff lazy and unhelpful.   NH Trento continues to be a fabulous place to stay

  As usual, all staff we dealt with were welcoming and friendly. As I have said before the staff at NH Trento all seem to have that wonderful blend of professionalism and personal warmth in their characters and personalities. This visit we had great friendly service from Linda in the restaurant, and from Jasmine, Arianna and her colleague at the front desk. Unfortunately we didn't get to see Simone the front desk manager who always makes guests feel so very welcome. I personally managed a large resort in Key West Florida for many years so I know a well managed hotel when I see one and I can assure you that NH Trento is a very well managed hotel. It's a great place to stay.   Everything was fairly new, modern, clean and the service was good. Special cudos to our waitress in the restaurant who was clearly just learning the job but did a great job!
