  Unreasonable Hospitality

  11 Sept 2026

From the moment we walked into this beautiful villa, the service was impeccable. As I checked in, I realized I left my passport at the previous hotel, 2 hours away. The staff immediately sprang into action, contacting the other hotel and ensuring my passport was secure. They sent a driver to pick up my passport, which saved my day and my trip. Upon checkout, they refused payment. This service would have been over the top if they charged me. But the fact that they did this free of charge was truly incredible. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. The service was five Star. We met the owner and learned he is always onsite. Stay at this beautiful hotel. You will feel a level of pampering and service that is rare in today's world. Claudia V, Servizi per gli ospiti/front office at Hotel Villa Madruzzo, responded to this review Dear G9706RMnancyt,thank you for sharing this story with us. What happened with your passport was certainly not how you had planned your stay, but we are very glad that our team could turn a stressful moment into one less thing for you to worry about. For us, hospitality is not only about what happens when everything goes according to plan. Sometimes it means simply stepping in when a guest needs help and doing whatever is reasonably possible to make things easier. Knowing that this made a real difference to your trip means a great deal to us.We will also be very happy to share your kind words with the team and with the owner. We are sure they will appreciate knowing that their care was felt so deeply.Thank you for trusting Villa Madruzzo in that unexpected moment. We hope to welcome you back under much more relaxed circumstances next time.Best regards, Villa Madruzzo

  Last minute trip to Trento

  03 Aug 2026

Never been to Trento , chose this hotel as slightly out of centre . It was the best decision we have made. On arrival the concierge was excellent, she explained all the hotel workings expertly and even upgraded us to a mountain facing room!!. We paid the extra €5 for the spa which again didn’t disappoint, we spent the entire afternoon there, enjoying the hot tubs, sauna, steam room and swimming pool. We also booked a table for dinner and have to say it was one of the best meals I have had. We were looked after by the staff on arrival, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. I would recommend the hotel solely for this. Our whole experience has been amazing, thank you Claudia V, Servizi per gli ospiti/front office at Hotel Villa Madruzzo, responded to this review Dear Andywheel,We really love to think that a last-minute trip and your first visit to Trento led you almost by chance to Villa Madruzzo, which then turned into such a wonderful experience that you wanted to share it.Your enthusiasm has truly delighted us, especially because your words highlight something we care deeply about: not only the quality of our individual services, but the feeling of being welcomed and attended to with care throughout your entire stay, from arrival through dinner. To know that our restaurant has become one of the fondest memories of your stay is a great compliment, one we’ll gladly share with the kitchen and dining room staff.Thank you for choosing Villa Madruzzo to discover Trento. If this was your first visit to the city, we truly hope it won’t be your last.Until next time,Hotel Villa Madruzzo
