  Unfriendly, unhelpful reception staff, particularly the elderly gentleman. Our room was like a school dormitory, the shower had hot water but was very much in need of an upgrade. Nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom.Breakfast was mediocre, poor quality.We are very disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone, especially as it is pretending to be 4 stars

  The faded grandeur is warm and comforting. The hotel is lovely and the staff have been friendly and hospitable. It is clean and comfortable and a short walk from the beautiful city centre. Well worth staying here

  I agree with an earlier review, definitely not a 4 star, low 3 star maybe. Rooms were small, even by european standard, beds uncomfortable with 80s style covers. Tv was a joke, air conditioning triggered sensor light, so had to make choice between overheating or flickering lights. Shower tiny. Food was alright, but 3 star at best. Great location and very clean, so wasnt a disaster, despite slow, painful checkin...

  A pleasure to stay here, so many benefits - location, for transport (trains and buses) and for easy walking into the town centre (Treviso has much to see and do, a real Italian town); comfort (the rooms and very practical, and very clean), a good breakfast to feed your energy for the day, very friendly staff, it is independent, and it has much surging from the 50s in the public areas. This hotel is a treasure, good value for money, I would gladly return. I was very happy here.

  The hotel to stay in, when in Treviso, definitely! I have been staying at the Hotel Continental rather regularly for the last 6 years: you feel at home once you keep on returning, staff is cordial and professional, rooms are nicely old school, impeccably clean and soundproof. I was very happy to see that they re-opened the bar, great idea to unwind from a busy day, with a nice Aperol sprizt beautifully prepared but the lovely and professional Sabrina.
