  I experienced a data breach when I booked this hotel through booking.com. They are still listing this hotel even though they are aware of the breach and have acknowledged that the source of the breach was the hotel itself. I have received scam WhatsApp messages in relation to my booking requesting payment.

  A functional conference hotel. Service was slow in places and the room very warm (until I asked Reception to change the set point). Good breakfast and nice people. Shower pretty poor - just dribbled out but had I got round to telling Reception I am sure they would’ve fixed that.

  Hospitality in this hotel and restaurant is not what I expected !

  Is not easy to find a good place with everything in Treviso. They rip you off no matter what, the Hotel upgrade most of the time for the oldest version, mosquitos are included, and I get the point I could not sleep at all, so my time in this hotel is over.I tried to eat some good fish at the restaurant Oro Basilic that I could not finish. The fish bass is not close to being a Mediterranean bass, bones that are dangerous to eat, the pizza is very close to being a pizza with just cheese and no tomato and no basilic, Margherita pizza frozen I guess, This place should have better hospitality, I guess this hotel is a business meeting place, not for families and couples. They advertise pool, and the pool is on schedule hours, that make impossible to enjoy since the times they open for the guests are impossible when you are on the way out or back, The restaurant charges for 1 pizza. Margherita is $ 7.00, but they also charge a "corpeto" $ 5.00, so I paid 70% on the top from the pizza, basically they push everyone to pay to eat over there, they should be happy to have family expend money there!!!Well, they are taking vantage from the September Tourist!Treviso is a beautiful place to explore !!

  Near Bus Station!

  Hotel was exactly what we needed in Venice - close to bus station, secure place to drop off our luggage before check-in, comfy bed/clean room and a delicious breakfast! They offered a great buffet which included hot and cold foods. We were very happy with our stay!

  4 Mature Welsh Rugby Supporters.

  We were 4 mature Welsh Rugby supporters staying in Treviso for a rugby match. Great and clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of choice's, pool included in price but it's not available during group sessions for couple hours a day. 10 mins away from Treviso airport which is very convenient. The hotel staff were excellent and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, which made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was a generous continental offering with unlimited amount of drinks and food.
