    Hotel is located a few minutes walking from the railway station. Public transport is very efficient and you can reach anywhere in the city or even the surrounding Carso area by 🚌 easy also to reach the Castello di Miramare. Otherwise the whole city-centre is just at a walking distance: restaurants, amenities, the famous Piazza dell’Unità d’Italia etc. Personnel very kind and ready with info. Rooms and other areas very clean. Good breakfast with choice of sweet and savory.

    The staff are friendly and make the check in easy, I also love that your roomkey is a proper key on the chunkiest key fob you've ever seen!The hotel lobby is spacious and clean, my room was facing out to the main street and at first I thought I might not get much sleep, but the soundproofing on the window was really good and made it a peaceful stay. The room was clean, the mattress was supportive but not too firm, and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast spread was a good selection and tasted lovely, there were even a few sealed croissants and snacks you could take on the go, as well as a chilled water dispenser so you could fill up a bottle before heading out for the day.I would definitely stay there again if I revisit Trieste.

    This is a centrally located hotel that is really affordable. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station and close to the center. A basic breakfast buffet is included. The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms have air conditioning.

    Since 2019 Hotel Milano did not refund me part of my prepayment (€716.4) for a group tour, saying that the money would be available for the next booking: “That sum of 30% (€ 716,40) will be valid for any future reservation from you, in “better days”, so you won’t loose that sum of money.“ Due to covid I had to close my travel agency and asked for a refund. I did it many times (e-mails + letter) but I did not receive either a reply or a refund.

    Hotel was in a good location and staff were very helpful. Our room was tired and dark and in need of a refresh.Bathroom was spacious and bright with good water pressure. Breakfast was fine . Hotel offering was good value for money and for a short term stay.
