    Very unfriendly staff (but a young kind boy). They couldn’t help but to show they were pissed off of us. The room was horrible, poorly furnished and old! Parking had a very narrow entrance and it was just too small. The only positive thing was the breakfast.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CONCEPT, everything is very dirty, from the filter of the dryer, to the plugs of the bed itself, very old mattresses, from the first day my whole body itched, many insects, and spiders, I got a ecwma on the neck, the pillow was practically a sheet of paper, rare that this hotel has 4 stars

    Myself and my mam stayed here for 1 night and it was just what we wanted.Typical italian hotel with wonderful breakfast full of cheeses, meats, croissants and cereals .Staff were very friendly and we had a clean and comfortable room.Perfect location

    Perfectly located but old style building in need of update. Good breakfast selection. Staff happy and prepared to assist. Would stay there again. Easy access to the centre as hotel is within walking distance.

    Stayed here for business at recommendation of local company. Rooms are very small yet were tidy. The place has potential but is dated and in dire need of sprucing up. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast good by American standards, passable by European.Location is very good though...if management invested a little it could. E a nice place.
