    Hotel nella media, ristorante gourmet

    rating22 May 2026

The hotel is an old building however BNB is trying to refresh the atmosphere a bit.. with a poster decor behind the bed. hotel services are basic, to command ac you need to contact the lobby; bathroom is dated & the shower mat surface is slippery. As in many hotels the shower is on an elevated platform: i would not recommend b&b structures in the Turin area to elderly guests because of this. ,the breakfast is good across all the chain structures. We are talking about a no frill hotel chain so i wasn’t expecting too much. The hotel has microwave and a selection of amenities and food available to buy at the lobby. Mattresses, pillows and duvet ok in this hotel. Number of lift probably inadequate because you need to wait a long time before being served, only one clerk at the lobby. Free open air parking. Restaurant a la cart menu is classy

    Average Hotel

This hotel was an average stay. The rooms were clean and the staff nice, but the rooms very, very hot, to the point of making us ill. We had to change rooms multiple times which was frustrating. The beds are firm, the pillows very flat. The food was average. Areas were very clean. One day the power was cut for the morning for repairs to some system.

    Worst hotel experience

    rating24 Jun 2025

Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid at all costs! We were a group of 60 peoplestaying at this hotel, and from the moment we arrived, things started going downhill fast.First of all, the air conditioning system was a nightmare. It would randomly turn itself on and off, switching between heat and cold without any logic – even when we tried to manually turn it off, it kept doing whatever it wanted. It was like fighting a haunted thermostat. Sleeping at night was impossible for many of us, and no one seemed to care when we reported it.Now let’s talk about breakfast, if you can even call it that. While other guests were enjoying a normal, diverse buffet, we were served a completely different menu– one that was shockingly minimal, lacking variety, and clearly thrown together without any thought. It honestly felt like we were being treated like second-class citizens. We had to sneak around and grab food from the main buffet just to get something decent to eat. It was degrading, embarrassing, and absolutely infuriating. We paid to be treated with basic respect and comfort; instead, we got malfunctioning rooms and discriminatory treatmentat meals. This was not just poor service. It was blatant disregard for guests who happen to come as a group. Never again.

    Worst hotel experience EVER.

Air conditioning? A total joke. It turned on and off BY ITSELF, switching from sauna to freezer mode at random – even when turned off! No sleep, no comfort, just pure frustration. And breakfast? An insult. While regular guests had a full buffet, our group got pathetic, tiny portions like we were unwanted extras. We had to sneak food from the other tables like criminals. Disgraceful.NEVER again. Treating 60 people like this? SHAMEFUL!

Do Not leave your Passport at a Hotel!

    rating15 Feb 2024

My 16 year old son unfortunately left his passport on the front counter as he checked out. Some 11 days later he realised that it was missing! This was on his way to Munich Airport with his team to get his flight home. Panic!! I called the hotel, and they confirmed his memory. I asked if they could possibly send this passport via DHL (or Fedex) to his airport hotel in Munich and I would pay them now whatever it took. They could not do this I was told, it was against their policy. I booked DHL to pick the passport up, they said they could, and went to pick it up and demanding the hotel pay first, this despite our booking stating that the fee would be paid by our son. DHL now refused. It's now Friday afternoon, Fedex could not pick up before the weekend, so my son was stuck in a Munich Airport Hotel for the weekend until we could make alternative arrangements the following week. I called Record Hotel at least 6 times and pleaded with them to help a 16 year old stuck in a Hotel by themselves, I repeatedly asked to speak with the General Manager, who over 3 days of my calling was never available. After 6 days/nights my son received his Passport via Fedex, arranged by ourselves, My only compliment to Record Hotel is that Fabio, the front office Manager was very helpful, but he was bound by his employer's rules not to help. Why they could not have called our son's Team Manager some 11 days earlier to state that there is a 16-year-olds Passport left behind, would be a stress free solution.
