    It's impossible to sleep in this hotel. You can hear ALL the voices from another rooms. Nobody cares if they are making noises. Tvs are loud, music is loud, even normal speaking voice is loud. You can also hear snoaring trough the walls. I have traveled a lot but this room is the worst if you want to sleep when everyone else are awake. At midnight too... Sadly I didn't believe another reviews but at this hotel they are totally accurate.

    To start with we’ve booked and paid a hotel room for 2 adults and 2 kids. They gave us a room with a double bed and 1 armchair that opens as a single bed. We told the receptionist when we arrived that we need an other bed for our other kid and she told us that the cleaning lady are not there and they will make it tomorrow. The day after we went to reminder her again and she told us that it is not possible to put an other bed in our room and the arrogant manager wanted us to pay an extra 20 euro per night so they give us a room with 2 single beds and a double bed. Which we already paid for 2 adults and 2 kids. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Just to add more info the lift is super small and you still have to get the stroller up some stairs to get to it. Even the ac in the rooms doesn’t work. For me it was the worst hotel experience ever.

    We have stayed here many times and it continues to offer a perfect position (particularly for the Porta Nuova train station), nice breakfast, luggage room, helpful staff. Nice decor room with good quality fittings.

    Nice boutique located across from.the traolin station and the two main walking streets in Turin. Room was comfortable and a good size with tea facilities. Breakfast was ok. Very central.

    Stayed here for a few nights during a business trip. Fast and efficient check-in, though without getting a smile from the reception staff. Small rooms, but they have what you need. Clean and tidy everywhere. The breakfast is okay without being impressive. Friendly staff in the breakfast room. Good location if you want to stay close to the Porto Nova station.
