    The location is great. Perhaps the area is a little rough in the evening, the hotel is perfect. Next to the station walking distance from everything you need, want to see. Bus to the airport 5 minutes walk away.

    It is located next to the train station. The breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The WiFi connection is stable. The ambience is clean and tranquil.

    Good location. Good breakfast. Absolutely brilliant for short city break. Maybe should be price list for mini bar. Constable bed. Maybe balcony chairs for having coffee in the morning.

    Staff were pleasant. The room was clean but very basic. There were only Italian TV channels. The cups in the room were plastic or paper. The bathroom needs modernizing, with an old slippery bathtub that could be dangerous for an older person.

    Good location for a Torino city break, easy walk to any of the main attractions, loads of places to eat and shop nearby. If driving, parking is expensive and limited in the area. Room was comfortable and breakfast is simple yet varied and more than enough to set you up for the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Umberto on reception and Andrea in the 5th floor breakfast room. Housekeeping are also very helpful and responsive. Other reviews mention some dodgy activities on the street outside, we saw some of this, but the people involved don't bother you if you just walk past them, they are not trying to draw attention to themselves unless you are looking to do business with them. We stayed 3 nights as a family and only had good experiences, not issues at all in the area, and we felt very safe. We also felt well looked after by the hotel team.
