    My husband is from Turin and we had to go visit family , the location was perfect for us. My parents in the US were hospitalized and my father is not doing well so we had to change our plans and fly back home. I reached out to the hotel for a credit of 3 nights and the response was that they could not resell the two nights therefore could not give me a future credit.I work in the luxury travel sector and this is not the way to handle these situations .. This property was good for us location wise but this property has insect issues.We had an ant infestation in addition to a spider and a roach..They would really need to do a treatment .For us location was good but notA great customer relation tactic.. therefore we will not be returning .Thank you for reading Best Western Hotel Crimea, at Best Western Hotel Crimea, responded to this review Dear Damaris, I’m truly sorry your stay at Best Western Hotel Crimea did not meet your expectations. Location aside, that is not the experience we want to deliver. As extensively explained by our staff, we completely understand your request and appreciate your willingness to use the unused nights for a future stay but, unfortunately, we are not able to offer a credit for those nights: as the reservation was shortened at a very late stage, we were unable to resell the room for the cancelled nights, which resulted in a loss of revenue for the property. For this reason, the charge for the original reservation must remain in place and we are unable to issue either a refund or a future stay credit. We are a three-star hotel and offer rates that cannot be compared to the luxury travel sector: prepaid rates are already the minimum price we can offer.     Nice quiet place

    Located in a very nice quiet area near the river and Valentino park, about 20 min walk from Porta Nuova train station, it was an excellent choice consireding the price and quality. The rooms were good, a bit old furniture but comfortable bed. The bathroom was perfect - spacious and very clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. There are few bars and restaurants near which were excellent for morning coffee as well as for lunch. I would recommend the hotel if you like to walk.     Average minus hotel with a good price

    This is a case of-"what you pay, is what you get"- the price is reasonable compare to the overpriced hotels it Turin. Pros- A quiet neighborhoodWalking distance to the center, not so close- 25-30 minute Staff are quite friendly and efficientCons- The rooms needs a complete renovation- ignoring the old décor, the shower is so old that it is uncleanable, the toilet takes forever to fill out, and while doing so make horrible noise 1 meter from your bed...The whole hotel has an old and tired feeling

    We were really pleased with our choice of hotel for a four day break in Turin. Ideally located at the other side of the river it was quiet but easy to get to main tourist areas on foot or nearby bus/ trams etc. The staff were so helpful and friendly , giving us recommendations for local restaurants, phoning for taxis and even allowing us to charge our phones when we returned to collect our suitcases and use toilet etc before leaving for the airport. Rooms were really comfortable with air conditioning and mini fridges. ( would have been helpful to have had a note of cost of bottled water as we didn’t know if it was chargeable or not but it was only one euro so not really a problem) The breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty of choice including cereal, breads, fruit, yogurts, meats, cheese and cake! Although there was no cooked options there was more than enough to choose from. Communication with the hotel was excellent. They even had an electrical adaptor ready for me when I messaged to ask about sockets beforehand. Would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly return if I come back to Turin.

    We stayed here for 2 nights. There is a secure parking garage which we appreciated. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood on the opposite side of the river, well outside the Ztl zone of Turin.Our room was good with fast Wifi and efficient airconditioning.Staff was friendly. We paid the night before we left and had a quick checkout. We did not take breakfast so we were glad it is optional at this hotel.
