    Meravigliosa. Grazie Mille Sara, Giovanni, Samuele, and all Guest Relations Colleagues for an outstanding visitor and caring experience. Sara and her colleagues were so helpful to us in sharing places to visit, eat and best transport links to and from hotel to the majestic Royal Palace and Egyptian Museum. Sadly due to my little sister taking ill on Thursday past we were very lucky grazie Sara for getting in touch with the lovely Doctor who ensured my sister went to ER for further tests and thankfully she did not have to be admitted thus allowing us to fly home yesterday. The rooms are lovely and lovely ladies who kept them spotlessly clean we wish to say Grazie Mille as well. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel and it was nice to meet the owner too, so Grazie Mille, you have the most meravigliosa colleagues who go above and beyond the call. Grazie from Mary, Michael and Catherine.

    Great location near lots of amenities, we could walk to all the main spots we wanted to see and had to go! Customer service was great! Hats off to Giovanni and Sara who were most helpful! We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, and breakfast was lovely, the breakfast staff were great.

    So much for Terms and Conditions!

    Booked this hotel months ago. Due to stay in three days time.Got a text today with a link. Asking me to submit my credit card details so they could pre-authorise the first night's cost. Apart from being told by booking sites never to provide credit card details other than through the booking site, this was a surprise. Because my booking made no reference to pre-authorisation, before I got there. It was “Pay at Property”.This is the first time ever I have come across this practice.I would have been happy to pay for all three nights on arrival. But not beforehand. And not via a link on a text. Solution? I cancelled the booking and booked somewhere else. A hotel that has clear terms and conditions.     A very comfortable, spacious room.The staff are so helpful and accommodating.Underground secure parking was also great and gave peace of mind.When looking for recommendations for restaurants they provided a list of options and map, and the restaurant we choose as a result was fab.Would recommend.
