    We had a perfectly nice room with all the facilities needed for a four night stay. The hotel is a little 'dated' but that doesn't detract from the helpful staff on reception and the convenience of being close to the station with good transport links right outside.

    I booked and paid extra for the classic triple room because I was traveling with my family. When I went to check in, they tried to tell me they “upgraded” my room and wanted to give me a “room with the beds pushed together”. I said thank you but does the room sleep 3 people and explained that we needed 3 beds. They got very upset and said it was going to cost more which because of towels and breakfast. I explained that I already paid extra to have the 3 person room but he was upset and said he would have to speak to his manager but to stay in touch and they would let me know if they could work this out for me. Throughout the stay I saw the man several times and he didn’t have any updates until I checked out. At this point, he said there was nothing he could do so he billed me for the more expensive classic triple room and then billed me a second time for the “extra people” I had in the room. In addition, when we did get to our room, the air conditioning was broken and needed to be fixed which they were upset about. They have no space in their garage so I had to pay an extra 30 euro per night to park my car in a garage 10 minutes away and walk past homeless people sleeping in front of the hotel every day/night.

    Our first visit to Turin and selected this hotel from the British Airways City Break choices …..and what a good choice.Jumped off the airport bus and strolled across the road to the hotel. A warm welcome from the staff and drinks at the small bar.Our spotless room on the top floor with a sloping roof (mind your head ) , but the beds were so comfy and the bathroom had everything we needed.Buffet breakfast was well presented and covered all tastes, and not expensive.Loved our stay and would recommend this hotel. Many thanks to Gabriel and the staff ….directions, touring advice - Thank You

    Hotel very close to the railway station; one public parking close to the hotel. Large and cosy room under the roof, well renovated. Impressive bathroom. Breakfast with large choice. The only issue is the noise coming from the tramway early in the morning.

    We arrived at Hotel Genova for a two night stay in Turin after spending five days in the Italian Alps. My husband had started to feel very unwell with a sinus infection and unfortunately ended up spending most of his time in the room while I went out exploring Turin on my own. The quality of the hotel was excellent, the room very comfortable & the breakfast buffet varied and delicious. My husband was only disappointed that he was too unwell to enjoy it more. The staff showed concern and could not have been kinder and more helpful throughout our stay. They also arranged a late check out for us on our last day as our flight wasn't leaving until the evening. We definitely intend to return here in the future and highly recommend a stay in the Hotel Genova to anybody visiting Turin. Our grateful thanks to the fantastic staff whose kindness was much appreciated.
