    Pretty much everything about this hotel was very good or excellent. I'd read some of the poorer reviews and was a bit nervous - absolutely no need to be. My room was a good size and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the whole room, including the bathroom, was spotlessly clean.Breakfast was great.Dinner is available, there's a set menu which is great value or there's a la carte. It has to be said that the restaurant lacks atmosphere in the evening - dim the lights a bit and switch the TV off would help. No draft beer, although the bottles are good and not too expensive. Good enough that we ate here 2 nights out of 3.Staff were very helpful and polite.I would certainly return here.

    Not a real 4 stars but worth it

    Starting with the bad points: the amenities of the room are lacking (no coffee machine, etc...), the hotel is old, the staff is (although vera friendly and willing to help) not really trained for hospitality (required for a 4 stars) and don't speak English for most of them. Otherwise, the parking is free: you can even charge your car and the price is good.

    Excellent foods and friendly staffwe came for a business trip.they organized a night function for us.it was superb.with beach breeze that was awsome night.highly recomended for parties and family trips.cheers.

    Terrible service

    I have never seen such a terrible service from a hotel than this one. I have stayed for 4 nights. Last night, suddenly at 6:00 while I was sleeping, a staff without knocking opened my door and it terrified me. Nothing happened but me not able to sleep a little longer and I never got an apology. Service from staff at restaurant was horrible. I could go on but it is not worth the effort.

    Overall I liked the hotel, it is in renovation, and it seems a lot of things will be improved there.The only thing I have to complain about is the less pleasant experience with the person from the reception Ornela. In my opinion her English is not good enough, I think the staff at a four stars hotel should understand and speak English much better than she does. We had difficulties to understand each other. Furthermore, she gave us wrong indications how to reach the airport, the bus to the airport is from piazza carlo felice but not from via sacchi as she said.
