  Very noisy area, you can sleep only in night hours; sleeping in day hours is just not possible, it seems there are factories in the surroundings.Breakfast in the average.No kettle in the room.Very good sized bathroom.The hotel is very clean.   Hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Hhaving a parking with every room is an absolute great idea. One can park car in garage and literally take the lift to your own room!   I tell you all, they have good staffs. The service they provide is not so good. May be I have been eating foods that were dubbed "Italian" in many places other than Italy, I food food here funny looking and tasting. This is an expensive place.   We thought this hotel looked great and booked it last year when it was announced the Eurovision Song Contest would be held in Turin. However, just after the tickets for the concert were released, the hotel cancelled our booking with no explanation or apology. We heard of several hotels doing this as they could resell the room for 5 x the price. Left us with a bad situation having flights and tickets with no accommodation with 3 weeks to go. Fortunately we managed to get something else last minute but lots of unnecessary stress. Very disappointing and greedy. As per our internal organisation we made a pre authorisation on your credit card for the first night stay and it did not work. We contacted you througt the site where you made the reservation but we did not receive any answer from your part. After 48 hours we cancelled the reservation. You called us and we explained you the problem, we also suggested to keep the reservation directly with us with a valid credit card but you told to the receptionist that you alrealdy founded another solution.We are sorry that you wrote this comment because we tried our best to give you the same room that you reserved at the same price.Our warmest regardsSilvia - Sales & Marketing Manager

  Little Gem of a Hotel

  When we visited Italy for the Eurovision Song Contest, we stayed at Diamante MHotel for two nights. The first thing we noticed is how extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming everyone from the hotel is. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and feel welcome.We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the themed rooms; the bathroom is stunning and the whole room is spotlessly clean, with fresh towels, linens, and the usual grooming kits available. We had a great night's sleep because the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, and we had a jacuzzi in our room, which was a wonderful luxury for our time away from home. Also, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for keeping the entire hotel spotless.We ate breakfast in the hotel, and the breakfast staff was once again friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it: fruit, hot food, cereal, delicious pastries, and a variety of hot and cold drinks.We also took the Metro into Turin, which was very easy and convenient. The receptionist advised us on where to get on and off.
