Great comfortable hotel for Fiat lovers

Cannot fault this hotel, booked a double room. Was able to pick my room before arrival which was a fun extra. Upon arrival had a great clean room with plenty of space - had water, toiletries and some chocolates waiting in our room which was a nice touch.Comfy beds / bedding.Bathroom was a great size, hairdryer in the room worked well, plenty of towels and robes should you wish to use them.Had a lovely drink at the bar as well - all staff during my staff were really friendly and helpful when needed.Location - nicely close to the bus stop and metro to get to the airport and in to the centre of the city. Had a shopping centre with everything you could need below you as well, great shortcut into the hotel as well.

Spectacular hotel.

Stayed here on the first night of our Great Rail Journeys holiday. It's a spectacular hotel. We had a lovely big room spoilt somewhat by the fact it was too dark to appreciate it, no central light just tiny low wattage standard/table lamps. Thankfully the bathroom was lovely and bright. Bed was comfortable if a little firm. The evening meal was very good and the breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very pleasant.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night with a tour group.Positives:*Lovely looking hotel.*Sizeable, comfortable room. *Comfortable bed. *Good supply of toiletries.*Near shopping centre.*Near FIAT test track.*Near underground/ metro station. *Great breakfast.Negatives:*Complicated way of buying/serving drinks for a tour group. *Extremely rude bar (and some serving staff) who deliberately kept us waiting to order. For this reason, I would never return to this hotel.*Bar staff attempted to rip us off by giving us an incorrect, smaller item instead of a bigger one. This was corrected by another pleasant member of staff. *Disorganized serving system for a tour group who had preordered. Some people on the same table had to wait a long time to receive their food. *Cold, average food.

Nightmare in Turin.

This place is a joke, 533 euro for 2 nights, and they have the audacity to charge an extra 6 euros for a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, to not mention the 3 euros for the ridiculous carton of water, I mean the area is really nothing special , once you walk out you need to take care to not get runover by the many foodora and other food taxy drivers that work around a boring shopping centre, I guess it's near the metro, but it's totally useless because it closes at 9.30 pm.

The shower pan wasn't installed properly; it creaked constantly when you stood on it, and old water leaked out from underneath when you stepped out. The sealant was also coming loose.
