The hotel seamlessly combines the best of Turin's old and new. The hotel features a strikingly contemporary design incorporating the recently refurbished Lingotto Fiat plant. The hotel's first floor features the massive 8 Gallery, which houses an extensive selection of stylish boutiques and charming cafés, as well as an art gallery, concert hall and more.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 140 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     I had a very good stay at the NH Torino Lingotto Congress. The hotel is uniquely designed, being part of the historic former FIAT factory, and the spacious, bright lobby creates a welcoming atmosphere.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was rich and offered a great variety of options. The staff was very polite and professional throughout our stay.One of the best features is the direct access to the adjacent shopping mall. It’s incredibly convenient for shopping, as well as for finding different dining and entertainment options right next to the hotel. A very solid 4-star choice for anyone visiting Turin.     The hotel was very nice location and has nice buildings. Clean etc. very delicious breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I come to Turin I would love to stay there again.     The hotel and room was clean and the staff very polite, which is a basic requirement for any accommodation. There was limited facilities in the mini bar and an uninpiring selection of complimentary teas in the room. The room safe is tiny, but we would advise making sure nothing of value is left out as my earphones mysteriously disappeared never to be seen again, and the reception did not seem to have any interest when we reported this. There were no slippers provided initially but they were provided after requesting them, and a dressing gown would have been a nice touch. The breakfast selection was very basic and the one resturant they have is very expensive, however there are plenty of good value eating outlets at the adjoining retail and shopping centre. There was a Fiat car in the general reception area in recognition of the buildings history, but it made the area have a strong unpleasant smell of diesel fuel. On a good note the hotel is situated right next to a metro station which gives a good service into the city centre.In general we would rate this hotel as 3 to 3.5 star at best.     The room was very spacious, and very good access to the metro and shopping mall. The bathtub was a little dirty and it was leaking water slightly that I had to keep pouring water but other was it was very pleasant stay.
