  Clean, well-equipped rooms. Friendly staff. Considering the distance away from the city centre, I would have hoped parking would be less expensive on site.The breakfast was very good, restaurant a bit pricey.The suite has a microwave and fridge and coffee making, but no sink or crockery so cooking and eating isn't a simple task

  Spacious, friendly and great location. The room we had was HUGE with a separate kitchen and 2 toilets! I would live here in a heartbeat.

  The apartments are located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the station. It was €15 for a taxi. The place itself is very clean and our apartment was large with lots of living space and a large comfortable bed. There is a busy road that runs outside the place but sound proofing was pretty good but take ear plugs if you’re a really light sleeper.There’s a bus stop 5 minutes away (bus 67) that takes you into the centre in about 10 minutes. It runs frequently and is cheap (€~3) for a day pass.The staff in the apartments are very pleasant and speak excellent English.Breakfast was great with a good selection of food.The apartment was serviced whilst we were here for two nights and they did a great job.We would definitely use this place again.   Great spacious hotel

  Fantastic hotel. Would go out of my way to stay there again. 2 bedroom suite for two of us was spacious and allowed for privacy but also nice common gathering areas. Was so nice to have a fridge and little kitchen. The bathrooms were large with good amenities and spotless. The hotel staff are just incredible. They helped with dinner reservations, cabs, and everything you would need. I had a facial at the spa which was lovely. If you'd like to use the spa pools, bring a bathing suit! Something to know is that they ask you to make a reservation in the small gym so that it doesn't get too crowded. However, it was always available for me even when I wanted to use it immediately - I just had to check with the front desk staff - and there was never anyone else in there at the same time. I'm not sure that the reservation system is necessary, but maybe they require it to follow fire codes or something. Also the hotel is walking distance to the city center and main attractions.   Excellent breakfast but far from the centre

  The hotel is contemporary with bright large rooms which can't be faulted. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff ready and willing to meet any request. The only issue was that the locations description is a misleading. It is far from the city center or restaurant centre. It is a long walk to the metro and even after arriving at Porto Nuovo ( which is not the hotel stop as is stated in your introduction), the historical center is a further long walk. We left after 2 nights of our 4 night booking because of that, and were annoyed that we were charged an extra night which was unprofessional and a catch. It is true that we left early but the hotel wasn't full, meaning that the hotel dod not lose a customer because we had left,m since there were plenty of rooms. So nasty and bad show. Our website clearly indicates that we are situated in the San Salvario district, approximately 2 km from the historic city center.We regret that you found the walk to the city center and the metro longer than anticipated. Regarding your journey into the historic center, we typically recommend using the metro to reach the Porta Nuova station. From there, we believe the best way to discover the heart of the city is on foot, to fully appreciate its architecture and atmosphere. While the metro is an excellent option, there are also several bus lines close to the hotel that reach more central points of the historic center; the best route often depends on your specific point of interest.We must also note that, unfortunately, bus tickets cannot always be purchased directly on board, which we understand can be an inconvenience for visitors. However, for reaching a specific destination quickly, a taxi is indeed the most convenient option.Regarding your early departure, we understand your frustration with the charges. Our standard cancellation and early departure policy, which is accepted at the time of booking, stipulates that the full stay is non-refundable once checked-in the hotel. These terms are also clearly outlined in your booking confirmation email. However, as a gesture of goodwill and despite our hotel policy, we chose to be flexible and charge you for only one extra night rather than the full remaining balance (three nights), even though this was a last-minute change to your travel plans. This was intended as a courtesy and was not an attempt to penalize you. We genuinely regret that your perception of our flexibility was instead viewed as "unprofessional."We wish you the very best in your future travels and hope you enjoyed the many positive aspects of your time in Turin!
