  I stayed at this hotel for a week in June, and the customer service really stands out from the rest. The staff is available and equally positive regardless of the time of day.I was a little unlucky with the AC in my room and had to change rooms initially, but the AC still didn't work there. A girl from the front desk came over several times and stayed until she made sure the problem was solved.On our early morning flight home, the receptionist on occasion helped us with a taxi during the night. He made sure we got coffee and breakfast to take away, even though we only had a few minutes before the taxi arrived.They helped us a lot with great advices for restaurants nearby as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Wonderful Hotel and Friendly Staff

  We stayed at this hotel through our Smartbox gift. We received a one-night hotel stay for 2, but wanted to stay as a family instead. the hotel was wonderful about upgrading our room for a nominal fee. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and had comfortable beds, and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly. They even have a drawing table for kids in the breakfast room. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Turin.

  I spent a week in this hotel in November and I stayed really well. Breakfast is rich of food and bevarage and the staff memebers are very friendly. The building is quite big and not too old. The thing I had prefered most is the chance to arrive at hotel at any time you need, the reception in fact is open 24 hours per day. The position is not too far from the city centre and really colse to Olimpic Stadium, Circolo Tennis della Stampa and the university of Economy. I reccomend this hotel for a nice stay in Turin!   Friendly Staff ,Great location

  We stayed here with our softball team for EMG2019. We found small but clean rooms. Wifi was a little weak in some rooms and locations but they appear to be working on upgrades. They were installing a new fire detection system during our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a variety of standard choices. The hotel is just a 2 minute walk to the tram that takes you right downtown. Note that the laundry is a laundromat about a 15 minute walk away.

  Booked for three nights. Had on website tea and coffee in room. Safe in room. Had neither. The beds uncomfortable. We got bites on legs and torso. The shower rooms are really small. If you are a large person then please do not book here. The staff told me that the hotel was going through a name and brand change. I don’t think this should have impacted on having tea and coffee or a safe in the room. The bar was virtually empty and we could not even order tea or coffee in the hotel. Very let down as website notes that they had all the facilities. The staff are great. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and bacon as the only hot breakfast. Normal but good continental breakfast is also offered. Good location as tram is one minute walk and takes you straight into the heart of the city. Would I stay again? Probably no. If the upgrade is done and new beds put in, then still no as the bathrooms are still very small. Very helpful staff but this did not make up for the lack of other facilities. Great pizza place two minute walk. And John Lennon pub ten minute walk. Brilliant place.
