If I could give a rating a -100 I would, stay away from this hotel. It is old, run down, and the rooms are not conformable. When it gets just one or two degrees colder the manager turns off the air conditioner, and the rooms get very hot. When you complain to the front desk they tell you to open the windows. The staff is SUPER rude and they get it from their manager who is very rude and incompetent to be manager. On the day of our arrival had an argument with one of the front desk I asked for the manager and he was standing there and didn’t say a word. I’ve travelled all over Europe and have never experienced such rude behavior.

Hotel well located but old. Location is ok not far from tourist spot. Breakfast ok but no one speaks english when ask some questions. Receptionist response with quaestions were ok.

The location of this hotel is very good, 5 minutes walking from the central station and 10 minutes walking to the center and it has around good places to eat and enjoy the city vibes.Rooms are nice, I had a single room but big enough, very clean, street view and not noisy taking into consideration there is a tram passing by in front of the hotel.I did not have breakfast so I have no idea of how it is.People working there are friendly and helpful.For me it was a great choice.

All staff where very helpful polite. Moreover since I had an injury whilst arriving in torin they really guided us from where we could seek help. Rooms clean breakfast very good.would highly recommended since it is very near the centre of torin , near the train station tram etc

This hotel was just opposite the main train station and few minutes walk from the Cathedral square. The staff personnel were very friendly. Good breakfast. Very cosy room, comfortable bed. A luggage store room was available to keep the luggage for the day after check-out. Rooms are cleaned daily. Recommended.
