    Lovely hotel in a great location, great value for money.

    The staff on reception were lovely, on hand 24 hours. Always welcoming and willing to offer their assistance. The hotel was very clean as were the rooms. The breakfast provided was good and enough to variety to fuel yourself at the beginning of the day. Positioned right next door was a 24 hour coffee house, outside of this was the taxi rank, and directly across the street was the train station, none of which could be heard from the rooms. I found the convenience of all of these fantastic for my visit. Especially as I had a 3.30 taxi to take be to the airport (nipped in for a coffee and pastry at 2.30am) The hotel is a short walk away from the city centre where there are many piazzas and loads of shopping. Turin city itself was very busy and safe to walk around, the people were friendly. I would suggest not going to the largest market in Europe at night, but great to visit in the day.As I am planning on doing business with a company in Rosta I think I have found the perfect place to stay with a convenient transportation hub next door, but with the city within walking distance to stay occupied when alone.

    Do not be fooled by the photos in the advertisements! This is, without question, the rudest, most arrogant, and most dishonest hotel I have encountered anywhere in Europe.The facilities are severely run-down. The air conditioning did not work, the room had no windows, and the ventilation was so poor that it felt unsafe. Even worse, the balcony was connected to other rooms, and the balcony door was unlocked, creating a serious security risk.When I asked for assistance, the rude staff were dismissive and unhelpful. They offered no real solutions and showed zero concern for guest safety or comfort. Management was even worse—completely refusing to acknowledge the issues and instead attempting to blame the customer.This level of dishonesty, responsibility-shifting, and disregard for guest welfare is unacceptable. It is clear that the hotel prioritizes profit over integrity, safety, and basic hospitality.Every euro spent here feels like a loss. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

    Hotel was perfect for our needs - was clean and efficient with a good breakfast. It's a little bit remote from the centre of town but very convenient for one of the major railway stations. Staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. They were lovely. Would certainly recommend this place for anyone contemplating a short Torino break - especially if they intend to let the train take the strain.

    The hotel is near the station and the bus to the airport, but far from the center (20 minuts on food).Nice personal, to me the best of the hotel was the team, all of them were very kindThe Breakfast was correctThe rooms were small, and also the bathrooms, but very clean and confortable.

    About a month ago we booked a room for three in a hotel on a website. At the time of booking, I made sure the hotel had an air conditioner. When we arrived we tried to turn on the air conditioner but failed. We went to the reception and there we were told that it was the municipality's instructions. A check at nearby hotels revealed that the claim was false. When I demanded to turn on the air conditioner, the receptionist threatened that if I continued arguing she would call the police. The next day I talked to the hotel manager and it turns out that it is not the city's guidelines but the hotel's policy that decides when I am hot and when I am cold. They also immediately updated a section on the website that states that the air conditioning is according to seasons. Including rooms in a poor state of maintenance, old and torn towels, the only reasonable thing is the breakfast.
