Real pure service and horrible conditions. Bathroom in the bad condition. No blankets and on top of it they collect 20$ , because I guess they guest can steal something from this already destroyed place!

    I'll be back

    rating08 Jul 2017

“Friendly, helpful staff and everything works as advertised”I stayed here 4 days 1 year ago and had motorcycle problems. The manager went out of his way helping get me on the road so it was the obvious choice for my visit this year. The hotel is clean, plenty of water pressure and hot water, amply number and size of towels, plenty of items set out for (included) breakfast and laundry service is prompt. All the staff speak good English and are very helpful. A little tough to find (I drove past it several times last year) but well worth it when you do.Internet works well throughout the hotel. Balconies are a nice touch. Available off-street, secure parking. It’s a popular hotel for some younger folks but never was noise a problem. It is a little far from the downtown area unless you have transportation but it seems a safe area to walk in and there are several restaurants, café shops and an ice cream shop close by. A few hundred meters away is a neat little deli truck that sits in a gas station parking lot from 7 PM until. They had great kabob plates and sandwiches last year and last week.I had no complaints last year and none this year. As far as value this is one of the best inexpensive hotels I’ve come across in southern Europe. Any time I'm in the Torino area that will be my first choice.

    Good overnight stop

    rating18 Apr 2017

I will start by saying this place is not the easiest to find - there are no huge flashing illuminations to draw you attention to the location. In fact the building looks like a residential block of flats which is why we drove past it twice.Having said that this hotel probably represented the best value on our 17 day trip through Europe. The room was large, with ensuite bathroom - even had space for a bidet. Plenty of hot water and the internet worked well - good enough to stream YouTube videos.Breakfast which was included with very good with plenty to choose from. There is a good Italian restaurant about 5 minutes work - Restaurant Comiche - check out my other reviewOverall - a really nice stop and if we are ever back in Turin will definitely be on our list for cheap overnight accommodation.

    Simple, neat and clean

    rating05 Aug 2016

We stayed at this residence for two nights and, as stated in the caption, it provides a simple, neat and clean option for those who want to spend a couple of days in Torino. Its location is not exactly central, but it is well connected to Torino's centre by bus. The room was nicely equipped with an air-conditioner, which made our stay more pleasant. The people at the front desk (Laura and especially Roberta) were extremely helpful as they facilitated our experience in Torino very professionally.

    Budget place

    rating14 Dec 2015

The location is convenient, (family room) was spacious for four of us and had a balcony, well equipped (kitchenette, fridge), good sized bathroom however very inconvenient bathtub (they should have installed a shower instead), helpful staff, parking available on site but tends to get filled up. Will visit again.
