100 rooms, including 51 single rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Overall, our stay at Idea Hotel Mirafiori Torino was average, with a mix of positives and several areas that need improvement.The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a very good variety each morning, including croissants, cakes, eggs, bacon, fruit, and bread. On the whole, breakfast was fresh, well presented, and definitely one of the better parts of the hotel experience.The rooms were decent for a 3-star hotel, but there were noticeable maintenance issues across the three rooms we booked. One room had an old TV, another had a sink that leaked every time the water was turned on, and the third had visible scratches and marks on the walls. While the rooms were acceptable overall, they could benefit from better upkeep and attention to detail.One of the biggest issues during our stay was housekeeping. For the first two days, no towels were provided in our rooms. We asked twice for towels, but unfortunately no one came to bring them, which was very inconvenient and disappointing.Another issue was check-in. The rooms were not ready by the official check-in time of 2:00 PM, which caused unnecessary waiting after arrival.The rooms were also very hot, making it uncomfortable at times. Although there was air conditioning, it was very noisy and seemed poorly maintained, as it blew a lot of fluff and dust into the air while running.On a positive note, the lady receptionists were helpful and polite, especially when assisting us with arranging a taxi from the hotel to the airport, which was appreciated. However, the young male receptionist was less helpful, as he was unable to provide clear information about bus schedules and public transport operating times.In summary, Idea Hotel Mirafiori Torino has some positives, especially the breakfast and some helpful reception staff, but the hotel would benefit from better room maintenance, improved housekeeping, and more consistent customer service.

    I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it.From the moment I arrived, the customer service was poor. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and check-in took much longer than it should have. When I asked basic questions about the amenities, I was given vague answers or simply brushed off. Along with the angry annoyed male in the evening working, shouting and storming off after a simple question which is unprofessional and disrespectful .The room itself was not much better. It didn’t feel properly cleaned, and there were several maintenance issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. I assumed it would look similar to the pictures. It looks nothing like any of the pictures that are provided online, not even remotely close.What made things worse was how difficult it was to get assistance during my stay. For the price paid, I expected much better treatment and attention to detail.Overall, between the lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service, this stay was far below expectations.

    Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. 3 of us shared a room and it was plenty big enough and comfortable. It was quite a walk to Turin centre so we walked in and got a taxi back again at a very reasonable rate. Would stay again as in a quiet area

    Idel Hotel Torino - Good value for money

    Idea Hotel is situated in a quite place in Turin. Although it is not situated in the city center, the bus stop just a few meters from the hotel and the man who sells the tickets (tabaccheria) is right across the street. Bus tickets cost 2 euros each trip or 4.50 euros for a whole day.The Hotel was nice and tidy with an efficient room cleaning service and a very good morning breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful, doing their very best for everyone to have a pleasant stay. All in all, I highly recommend it and feel that it was good value for money.Thanks Idea Hotel - we really enjoyed itAnthony Tanti

    Huge disappointment, overpriced, very dirty and rude staff

    Incredibly rude manager and useless staff. I have not seen a hotel this dirty and the location was falsely advertised as 10 minute bus ride from the center whereas it was over 30min. Incredibly overpriced for what you finally get.
