    Have been before. Under new ownership. They are doing some needed refurbishment. I like the place. Large rooms with all amenities. Decent breakfast. Behind a big Carefour. I did not see real restaurants in the area, but a number of fast food places nearby.     Gigantic bed, pity I slept there alone. Everything clean, beautiful breakfast. All smooth. Good location, 1km walk to the town centre. Next to a large Carrefour and a café. I have been here before and I am sure will be there again. in the town.

    Looks great on website but a close inspection shows a bit of tender loving care is needed. Situated in a nice residential area next to a supermarket. The staff were very good and could not do enough for us. The room although spacious with a large bed was a bit tired looking. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room although there were vending machines on the ground floor Breakfast was good with a large selection of food. On the web it indicates a restaurant but this was not open at all! In addition there was also no bar!

    The hotel was choosed due to the location near the beautiful lakes in north Lombardia and other beautiful towns. We staid 7 days with HB meals of good quality and variety. The reception and halls were like a museum decorated with vintage objects. Hotel clean but noisy due to the very poor insulation of the rooms. We had bad luck 2 nights with 2 different groups of italian teenagers makeing much noise, acting like hooligangs and the people in reception were of not much help, unfortunately. However, our stay there was pleasant except the remark.

    There was mix up with booking when we arrived but that was sorted with an upgrade. The suite was very nice until we found we had no hot water.Down to reception to be informed that as mainly business hotel hot water is switched off during day (Do business people arriving in day never want to freshen up?!) Anyway was then switched on and told we would have hot water in 5 minutes.We wanted to leave early morning as had long drive so no hot water again. In my many decades on travels this is a first. Bizarre.
