  Fantastic Experience!

  01 Oct 2026

Lovely hotel with a chic minimalist style. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The room was very comfortable, had great amenities. The location is just perfect. Set on Piazza Carlina, with various bars and restaurants along the square itself as well as dozens and dozens of options in the surrounding neighborhoods for every type of food and budget. The grounds at the hotel itself are well-maintained and contain a great deal of historical relevance. Highly recommend this property, and would return in a New York minute! Big and ugly

  26 Aug 2026

Our room here is large and that’s the best that can be said of it. Our suitcases are open on the floor because there is not a single drawer or shelf anywhere in the room. The walls are dingy and completely bare — not a single decoration of any sort anywhere. The one arm chair is on the verge of losing its back legs. The bedside lamps are ugly desk lamps. Velia Borreca, Direttore generale at NH Collection Torino Piazza Carlina, responded to this review Dear 688harlies,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are pleased to learn that you appreciated the spaciousness of your room, we are genuinely sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We regret that you found the room lacking in storage space and that the overall design and furnishings were not to your taste. Please allow us to mention that, had we been made aware of this concern during your stay, our team would have been delighted to do its best to provide an additional chest of drawers and/or an extra luggage rack in order to enhance your comfort and convenience. Our hotel is housed within a historic building, and the room design has been carefully conceived to combine contemporary elegance with the charm of the property's original architecture. We understand, however, that personal preferences and needs may vary, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed observations.Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, as it helps us identify opportunities for improvement. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future and providing an experience that better reflects the high standards we strive to deliver.Kind regards,Velia BorrecaGeneral Manager

  Great Location! Fabulous Staff!

  17 Aug 2026

We have previously enjoyed NH Hotels (Buenos Aires is terrific!), so the NH in Torino met our expectations. The location is terrific. Rooms are lovely. Service is really good (though management could help the breakfast room staff to be more welcoming!) In this case, we had an unplanned and urgent business meeting that we had to do in a meeting room with no outside noise, and during non-business hours for the hotel. Two of the hotel staff were incredibly helpful - Valentina and Gabriele flew into action, found an unused room for us, and checked on us to be sure all was well. They went FAR beyond our normal expectations of hotel staff. They - and the other very helpful staff - are the reason we feel NH is a cut above, and a reason to stay at the NH Piazza Carlina in Turin. Highly recommended! Velia Borreca, Direttore generale at NH Collection Torino Piazza Carlina, responded to this review Dear RickFig, Thank you very much for your kind review. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed your stay, particularly the comort and cleanliness of your room, our central location, the generous breakfast and the welcoming service provided by our Team.We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience. Your feedback is a great source of motivation for all of us, and we are pleased that we were able to contribute to an enjoyable visit to Turin. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.Kind regards,Velia BorrecaGeneral Manager
