Wonderful stay with exceptional service from Gabriel
13 Jul 2026
We stayed at NH Torino Centro on 10 July 2026 and had a great experience. The location is excellent, the hotel is comfortable, and as Platinum members we were very happy with the upgrade to a Junior Suite. The breakfast was also excellent. The highlight of our stay was Gabriel at the reception. On our way to the hotel, we had a problem with a highway toll ticket. The machine did not accept our card, the instructions were only in Italian, and we did not know how to solve it.When we arrived and explained the situation, Gabriel immediately offered to help. Although it was not his responsibility, he kindly took the time to assist us and helped us resolve the payment. His patience, kindness, and genuine care made a stressful situation disappear.Klod was also very helpful and supportive. Thank you both for your warm hospitality.NH Hotel should be proud to have team members like Gabriel. He truly represents the meaning of excellent service. We will definitely return when we visit Turin again.

A wonderful hotel for a romantic anniversary trip to Torino!
15 Mar 2026
Fantastic hotel! It was our 10-year anniversary since becoming official and, when we mentioned this, we were given a very nice suite and a "love" balloon was left on our bed the next morning along with a note of congratulations. Our room, at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor, was spotless and quiet. The staff were all attentive, professional and friendly. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and lasted us into the afternoon. There is a Metro station almost outside and Porta Susa main rail station is just a few minutes' walk away. Trams and buses pass by the hotel, and can take you further into the centre although this is walkable. Also close by, reached via a covered walkway, are some very good restaurants. Highly recommended without hesitation!

Friendly welcoming hotel

The staff were fabulous went out of their way to greet and serve you. The room and bathroom were very clean and our bed was made each day and towels changed daily! The only negative was a very loud banging noise every morning 5.30am from what sounded like a door or gate slamming! It made our room shake!
