    Excellent location to sample traditional northern Italian city. Great restaurants, access to lower alps and easy ride to wine region. Service front back and ar breakfast, fabulous.     We had the absolute best stay. So friendly staff and our Suite was amazing with a good bed and the best location. The breakfast was perfect with newly made omelets and juice. Hotel also helped us using a freezer for our food. We will definitely come back.     A perfect base for exploring Cuneo

    This was a first visit to Cuneo for me and my four friends. We chose the Phi Hotel Principe for its location facing the city’s main square, and we could not have been happier with our choice. For our two-night stay, we each had a lovely room with comfortable beds, coffee/tea makers/mini bar, etc. Breakfast each morning was everything we could want and more, starting with good coffee, fruit, yogurt, eggs, cured meats, cheeses, a selection of pastries, and more. Inside the front door of the hotel is a comfortable seating area with coffee, fruit, and cookies always on offer. But for us, the hotel’s best feature was the young concierge who greeted us on arrival, made a dinner reservation for us, kept our bags for us on departure day, and answered all our many questions with a smile. I wish we had asked his name, because he was wonderful.
