  Great hotel, modern and clean.

  We had a great stay here. A modern hotel with easy access from the motorway network. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment, but don’t let that put you off. The staff were great and very helpful. There was a good selection of things for breakfast. It is also only a few hundred meters from the Fiat Heritage Museum which is also worth a visit if you have an hour or so to spare. We stayed in the Dream 500 room which was a nice novelty. The rooms are modern and everything is nearly new. We would definitely stay here again.   A very reasonably priced hotel in a good location on Via Nizza, Turin, right in front of Dante metro station, which takes you to Porta Nuova in five minutes. It’s not exactly in the city centre, but Turin is a very pleasant city to walk around, and you can easily get anywhere without needing the metro.Close to San Salvario, a lively area full of bars and restaurants throughout the day. Even on Via Nizza there are several nice spots.The hotel offers great value for money and, in my opinion, exceeded expectations compared to what I saw on their website.Good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent cleanliness… I have only positive things to say about our one-week stay.   Evitare come la peste. Avoid like plague

  (English follows after Italian) Prénoto u parcheggio privato e me lo confermano, ma quando arrivo è stato dato ad altri. Mi dicono di lasciare l'auto per strada, cosa impossibile nel mio caso per motivi di sicurezza. Chiedo un parcheggio nelle vicinanze mi mandano da due garages, chiusi entrambi.Sono costretto a dormire altrove. Non rimborsano la camera.I booked a private parking space and it was confirmed. But upon my arrival I discover they gave it to someone else and ask me to leave the car on the street. I can't, fors safety reasons. I ask for a nearby private parking, they send me twice to places that were closed for the night. I had to find another hotel, at 1am, where I could sleep and park the car safely. They offer no refund. Vista la sua necessità di un posto auto al coperto, l’Hotel si è attivato nella ricerca di autorimesse nelle vicinanze, segnalate come aperte su Internet. Siamo spiacenti che abbia scelto di soggiornare in un’altra struttura, nonostante il servizio richiesto fosse stato garantito al momento del suo arrivo; nel momento in cui ha deciso di cancellare la prenotazione sono state applicate le condizioni di cancellazione previste.   Con! You don't get the Fiat room.

  Booked and paid for the Fiat room. Was given room 510, a dark box room with a bath no kettle, no Fiat. Complained and eventually got room 407, a family room. Next morning was told it was only for one night so had to pack up and move again! Given room 107 this time. Nice room but not the one we paid for. False advertising was told they only had 3 Fiat rooms and that they cost a lot more so why do they display it as Superior room then. Would not have bothered paying extra for a Superior room if I had known this.   Just a nice hotel to sleep

  I stayed at Plaza hotel during my conference at Lingotto Turin. The location is 15 minutes walk from Torino Porto Nuova. But the metro line is passing the hotel then it is easy access to center and the conference area. It is not very new hotel but most rooms are renovated although the interior is quite blank. The lobby is small but the reception staffs are super kind. Very helpful and always keen to answer your question. This hotel has two lifts and the breakfast room is just a few meters from the lobby. The breakfast is so so, almost same menu during my five days stay. Room is quite nice as I stay in deluxe room, the bathroom is old style. There is free coffee and tea but seldom replenish. No house keeping during the stay. There is a water dispenser and free PC at second floor for use and a small lounge at second floor. The free wifi speed depends on which room you are staying. My room was really slow Wifi as it is near the corner. If you attending a conference and need cheap but acceptable place to sleep,then this is your best choice. From hotel you can reach Porto Nouva even by us or metro as it is just a few meter from the hotel. There is also a small Spar minimarket near hotel. A quite nice chinese restaurants, some Italian restaurants and a kebab.
