    Booked a year in advance, cancelled becauce "overbooked"

    I booked this accomidation a year in advance. Had dialog with the hotel and got a confirmation of my booking was OK. Price for room happened to surge for my dates, so received a note that they had to cancel my booking. I find it unfair that it is not a first book first served in case of overbooking, so I am not buying that excuse.

    Perfectly clean, rooms impeccable and spacious. You can self cater if you want. No bar but there’s a mini bar in the room. Staff so helpful and efficient eg pointing out our safety in town - best rates to go etc. direct tram route into town (about 20 minutes). There’s a gym if you want it. Breakfast next door. It had everything one wants - the waiter was a bit under pressure as he was two staff down - but no complaints! Great value for money! A bit noisy from next door (and we asked for a room at the back) but we came prepared with ear plugs.     I spent couple of months at this place and I felt almost like at home. It's not the best residence ever, but the receptionists were very kind and some of them talkative and it was enjoyable to talk to them. I appreciate the week they have free cri cri and chocolate at the desk (why did you not have anymore?). Laundry was cheap, but the clothes drivers were not all good and I would suggest to add more options for detergent to wash clothes (I would even pay more for this service).Update some gym machines and improve the quality of the breakfast.

    This is the place I was looking for when I used to go to Turin for business.It can be used as a residence or as an hotel, based on the length of your stay.They have almost suites that are pretty nice even without upgrading to the best with more space and more services.Very nice,I'll be back again.

    The residence is located on the south of Turin, 40-50 min from the center by public transport. The room is large, clean and has everything necessary for the long staying (kitchet,cutlery, plates etc). The room is clean but a little bit noisy. You can hear how someone snoring in the other room. There is a gym and laundary in the basement. The stuff is very helpful and polite.
