Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available.     Wonder in the Langhe

    We had a really beautiful stay at this property and can only recommend it! The hotel is well-kept, welcoming and immersed in a splendid setting, perfect for enjoying the Langhe.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel at ease. Special thanks go to Chiara, the manager, who has proved really valuable: she provided us with lots of tips and useful ideas on what to see and do in the surroundings, helping to make our trip even more enjoyable.In addition, we had a little unexpected during the stay and Chiara intervened promptly, helping us and resolving the situation with great professionalism and attention.A super positive experience from all points of view. We will definitely be back!     Unexpected closure of the hotel

    The hotel cancelled our reservation in the middle of August without giving us a valid reason. We are waiting for the refund but it is difficult to find another hotel so late and in high season.     At the Resort we had stayed years ago and even this time we did not disappoint, attention to detail very nice large pool, quiet to relax I highly recommend lovely place.The same cannot be said of the restaurant where we had dinner last night, biblical times to have two dishes, the staff in the room did not seem up to it, we totally expected a different dinner.The owner explained that they have been running the restaurant for a short time I understand that mistakes can be made but the customer can not be abandoned in the room without explanation.It can be done much better.     Family run small Hotel. Centrally located for sites and landscape. Excellent breakfast and wonderful restaurant. Good wine card.Knowledgable staff on what to see and do. Good language skilled and friendly staff. Nothing too much to ask.Each room is different in size and decor. We used 4 do can judge. Modern bathrooms.
