Excellent choice for a comfortable stay

    rating02 Aug 2026

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and fully set up for self-catering. It included a hot plate, cooking pans, spoons, and all the necessary utensils to easily prepare meals. Having these amenities made my trip so much smoother. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and highly functional. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Torino! Gabriele D, Servizi per gli ospiti/front office at Star Residence, responded to this review Dear Chamindaggt,Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We are truly happy to know that you enjoyed the comfort of your apartment and found the fully equipped kitchenette useful during your stay. It's great to hear that everything met your expectations and helped make your visit to Turin even more enjoyable.Your kind words mean a lot to our team. We can't wait to welcome you back to Residence Star for another comfortable stay!Warm regards.

    Convenient Stay

    rating21 Apr 2026

Very convenient location a couple of hundred metres from Torino Porta Susa. This is not a standard hotel, the reception is not continuously staffed although I did arrive within the time window and only had a small wait before someone appeared. The apartment was spacious and fine although a bit noisy (I believe my room was located over the gate entry to the car park). The TV in the lounge did not work. I did not use the kitchen facilities during the overnight stay. Coffee available in the morning, but no breakfast service. Gabriele D, Servizi per gli ospiti/front office at Star Residence, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.We’re delighted to hear that you appreciated our convenient location, just a short walk from Torino Porta Susa station, and that you found your apartment spacious and comfortable. We’re sorry to learn about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We apologize for the short wait at reception upon your arrival, the noise from the parking gate, and the issue with the TV. Your feedback is very valuable and helps us improve our service and facilities. As you mentioned, Residence Star is an apartment residence rather than a traditional hotel, and each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette to offer guests greater independence. While we do not provide a breakfast service, we are pleased that you enjoyed the complimentary coffee available in the morning. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with an even better experience.Kind regards,
