    Very hot in room and Airco not working “because it’s not summer yet.

    We visited the hotel in May. Room temperature was 27-28 degrees Celsius. Airco system present but switched off. When I asked why it wasn’t working the replied “because it’s not yet summer”. So I wonder what temp is necessary for them to switch on the Airco. Room is tight, but clean, wifi is solid. But I will not visit it again due to temperature.

    Me and my brother were visiting Turin from Scotland.We had a wonderful stay! The staff were so welcoming and kind and made our stay even better.They were full of enthusiasm and were always good company at the bar 😊All the staff were brilliant and a special mention has to go to Pegah who was always smiling, happy to help and give us recommendations of where to go.Keep up the good work, and thank you Hotel Royal Torino! We will be back! 💛

    I came here to volunteer for the Special Olympics World Games. I stayed for about a week.The staff was very friendly. They would great you.The room I had, contained a queen bed and a cot like bed. I assume the room was made for a family with young kids. I slept in the cot like bed. It was fairly comfortable.The room was a good size. It contained a small refrigerator and tea kettle. The staff did not restock the tea. I got extra tea from breakfast.The breakfast was a good variety. Eggs, meat, pastries, yogurt, juice, coffee machine, etc.The room was quiet. Good location.Really the only problem was that the key would deactivate. I would come to the room and the key didn't work. It happened more than once. Sometimes it could happen at night and in the morning. The staff would fix the problem.
