    A budget hotel, with spartan rooms. But saying that, they were spotless, the breakfast was very good and the staff really friendly. It is within a few hundred metres of 2 metro stops, so easy to get to. Only real drawback was it was a bit noisy as the insulation between rooms wasn't the greatest

    Clean, and a comfy enough bed. The bathroom had a commercial toilet paper dispenser and hand soap dispenser, both of which I think cheapened the look of the room. Maybe they had problems with people taking the extra roll of toilet paper. They also did not provide any glasses (good think I had my collapsible travel cup with me), and had maybe the oldest wall mount hair dryer ever. The worst thing though was that there not only was no shower door, only about half of the bath even had glass at all, which meant the floor was soaked by the time you were finished with your shower. Also noticed there is a resort fee. Zero idea what that is for because this definitely is not a resort.

    Scramble eggs cold in ceramic in metal container with small tea light candle under. Hard beds and they try to hide some of the first review I posted. So now I'm more unhappy. The staff were nice and rooms big. The rooms were clean as well as cooled.

    Amazing Traditional Italian Hotel

    Amazing traditional Italian hotel, short walk from two metro stations Benini or Racconigi on Line one of the metro. All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially when we going to be delayed thanks to a long wait on our departure from London to recommending a nearby restaurant. The room was large, with a comfy bed, curtains and also exterior shutters ideal if you like your room dark. The bathroom was well equipped and just right.Breakfast was nice too with freshly made coffee to order and a selection of bread, meats and cheese along with pastries, cakes and cereals. It also had bacon and scrambled eggs if that’s more your thing.We would definitely stay again.

    After my experience in this hotel, I have learned once for all that it's better not to be influenced too much by the negative (and sometimes also positive) reviews here in tripadvisor. I just wanted to tell that in my case everything was perfect: I stayed in a clean and overall good room, receptionists were polite and helpful, breakfast in the morning was very good, just what I should expect from a 3 star hotel, and actually the croissants were warm and just fresh. The communication with the hotel was perfect from the very beginning. Honestly I couldn't find any fault in anything. So I can really recommend this hotel for visiting the city, as the metro stop is also very near
