    Absolutely ideal as a stop over. Close to the motorway with free parking The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was the usual buffet, varied and well cooked. Although the restaurant was closed, of which we were aware, there were plenty of eateries just a short distant away. Exceptionally good value.     There is better options to choose from. No service and kranky staff in reception. Felt like they didn’t need more guests

    We had a brief charging stop on our trip west, and planned for some food and wc. No food was available in the restaurant.Request to Use the wc, was mer with a kranky NO from the staff in the reception. Even though we bought something to drink. Good to see total lack of service, since we had planned a night here on our return. Nearest food is 1-1,5 km. Think there’s better hotels nearby. To say that "there is no food in the restaurant" is misleading, not to use other words. More correct to say The restaurant is closed. Have a nice trip.

    The hotel parking has Tesla Superchargers in its lot. When we tried to either eat something at their restaurant and or use their toilets, while we charged, the staff were rude and tols us that their toilets were closed (!) and so was their restaurant (!) at 15.30hrs. They then asked us to leave and go next door at another restaurant. If ever I would have considered staying there, that chance has vanished. People who do not know of hospitality and treat a couple of well-dressed and polite middle-aged people as homeless beggards, do not deserve to be doing this profession. As said hundreds of time in this portal.. If you, Tesla user, read properly what your App says you would have been informed about the fact that in the recharged area, closed to our hotel, there are no services available. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to say that in our hotel every people is welcome... no differences btwn "well-dressed people" or not; yougn or old. All are welcome, during opening ours and if they act politely as well. Regarding the toilet, please be informed that we are not an "autogrill". so basically you gave a bad review to a closed restaurant... interesting point of view.

    This hotel is located in the industrial district of Moncalieri and Trofarello (south Turin), room confortable, staff very kind. Large parking for free. The breakfast is ok.     I stayed here in a hot July 2020 for 2 nights and it was good value, welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are quiet and whilst basic there is everything you need and the showers are good.We had dinner here one night and I have to say it was first class; we chose filet steak which was probably one of the best I have ever had.Left my book in the room 216 and hoping that a colleague will pick it up for me!
