    This is a top quality hotel with a wonderful restaurant on the top floor and breathtaking views of the city and mountains. We had room 106 which has a terrace on the first floor. The room was impecable with luxurious architecture and modern practicalities including a comfortable king size bed, large wardrobe and rain shower. The property is also perfectly located a few blocks from museums, plazas, restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very special.

    I cannot say enough good things about this hotel; I would live here if I could! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. They will make sure of that.The hotel itself is quite nice. I had a lovely Deluxe room with a sofa, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom and a really comfortable bed with soft linens. The air conditioning functioned perfectly and allowed me to cool the room as cold as I wished. The room included a mini-refrig with complementary beverages (water, juice, sodas, etc) that were refilled daily - a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet was excellent. A wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The rooftop bar/restaurant was also excellent. We ate there two or three times. Both of the pastas that they served were the best I tasted in my week in Torino. And the view can't be beat.But what makes this hotel special (and why I would live there if I could) was the personalized and attentive service. From a note I made on my reservation (which they fulfilled perfectly) to answering any service need that we had (and we had a few), we were made to feel welcome and taken care of. Every person I met at the desk was great, so I hesitate to single any one out. They are the most professional and helpful staff I have met in many years and over 30 countries of travel. You will not find better.Thank you to the Turin Palace Hotel for delivering the highest standard of service and amenities and making our week in Torino a memorable one. I cannot wait to return.     What a beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely engaging, which made our stay feel special throughout.The hotel itself is spotless, with a very high standard of cleanliness maintained in all areas. Our room was spacious and well equipped, including a safe and a minibar that was thoughtfully restocked every day with complimentary drinks such as Coke, water, and juice.Breakfast each morning was a real highlight. The spread was extensive and beautifully presented, offering a wide variety of pastries, fresh salads, juices, and cereals. The breakfast staff were especially welcoming, and the overall quality and choice of food were excellent.The location is perfect, conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. We also loved the rooftop bar, it is a great spot to relax, with a fantastic atmosphere and, once again, wonderful service from the staff.There is also a gym on site, which we did not get a chance to use, but it is a great option for those who want to stay active during their stay.Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, location, and outstanding service.     Great stays but the breakfast needs a little improvement

    We stayed here twice in April and very much enjoyed each time. The location is perfect for train travel, local transit and our car rental (although only one rental offering at the main station, others are at Porta Susa). Staff in all areas were excellent - we particularly appreciated the check-in staff accommodating an early arrival on one stay. Rooms are well appointed and very clean, the complimentary mini-bar a pleasant surprise. The bar area is quite lovely, as is the restaurant. Other than breakfast we didn’t eat in the main restaurant so can’t speak to the food quality at dinner. The breakfast buffet was okay, pretty standard fare for a hotel this size although one suggestion for the hotel: the hot breakfast offerings were not up to the quality level expected. On each day of our stays the inevitable industrial scrambled eggs were even more watery and unappetizing than normal, the bacon was really undercooked, and the sausages were overcooked, hard, and cold. We would stay here again but unless there’s improvement might look for a price that didn’t include breakfast.
