  Lovely clean hotel and modern reception We arrived early they don’t have a luggage room but the luggage is kept at the back of reception. Hotel is easy to find from the bus metro or train station. We arrived by bus from the airport (it’s the last stop). FYI the bus is €11 return The rooms are clean with ample towel selection. Bathroom had body wash shampoo conditioner & shower cap. The bed was comfortable my only issue was the pillows were really soft. We used the two in our room plus two out my daughter’s room also. This is my personal preference. In our room there were 3 plugs. The one bedside didn’t take an adapter plug. The other bedside only had a usb which is fine. And the dresser lucky had one adapter that worked. So could do with more plugs. We didn’t have breakfast or food in the hotel. But there were many restaurants and cafes close by for breakfast lunch and dinner. The city centre, where all the shops and more restaurants are isn’t that far around a 7/8 min walk. The reception waiting lounges are dated but comfortable. My only thing was the day we checked out we had some time to chill in the afternoon and wanted to charge our phones there wasn’t enough sockets that worked. Overall really happy and would stay again.

  The hotel is located in a very good place, close to the main train station, metro station and many tourist attractions. Reception open 24 hours a day. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The windows faced the street and the entrance to the hotel, but it was quiet. We booked a parking space on the street in front of the hotel. Breakfasts were good, the service was very nice.

  This is a slightly old fashioned hotel very close to Porta Nuova station. Close to historic sights and good choice of local restaurants. Reasonable value. There is a lot to see in Turin so we stayed for three nights. The staff on reception were helpful. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that, but found a good bakery/cafe to have breakfast close by.

  WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER HAD!

  This is my worst experience with hotel accommodation I had ever had and I am travelling couple of times per month. I booked this hotel on their website ( I regret I haven’t done this through intermediary websites as they provide customer support) 2 weeks before coming to Torino, mentioning that I need 2 single beds, twin room. Everything was confirmed and on the day of arrival, as we arrived earlier than check in time, we agreed with the girl from the reception that we come back in the evening and we left our luggage at the hotel, but before leaving I checked again if our room has 2 single beds and she confirmed.At 8pm, when we came back the guy from the reception gave us a double room with a double bed as he said WE DON’T HAVE ANY TWIN ROOMS AVAILABLE!!! And he couldn’t find a solution, just excuses and he never even apologized! When I asked why there is no available room as we booked weeks in advance he said that he doesn’t know and when I asked for a solution he told me that I CAN FIND ANOTHER HOTEL AND THEY REIMBURSE MONEY FREE OF CHARGE!!!!Basically this incompetent worker who has no clue about customer support and just was coming with excuses, had just one “bright” idea to tell me to find another hotel.Even the manager he called said that there are no room and they cannot do anything about it!I recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel and if you do, use intermediary websites and DON’T book on their website as the arrogance and incompetence of the staff is simply ridiculous.

  A great hotel and a great find.

  Booked this through a web portal. We dont know Turin so went for something that was reasonably central and a reasonable price; this hotel hit the spot. It's just around the corner from the main rail station and a 5-10 minute walk from the Via Roma. The hotel is secure and our room was clean, tidy and functional with plenty of towels and tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. The staff were all freindly and the reception is staffed 24/7; all of the staff spoke English. We had breakfast on two mornings (the usual continental stuff) and it was OK but we preferred to get up and got out for something to eat. The hotel is close to the main train station and a Metro station and to the via Roma for shopping.
