    Beyond disappointing

    Horrendous. Staff unhelpful, teenagers running riot through the hotel at all hours. Facilities old and in need of repair/replacement. Not a comfortable nor particularly pleasant place to stay.You could hear every noise through the walls. Nowhere near the standards you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

    Rooms were nice and clean but basic. The staff was friendly but not fluent in English. Breakfast was also basic but reasonable. The most problematic was location. The hotel is far from city center and no public transportation is close enough to it. I've walked to the nearest bus (and also places to eat or buy something) some 15 minutes walk on very unpleasant road. if you come with a car it will be more convenient since it is really close to the highway exit. The bottom line it is a good enough place for a one night stop when travelling North Italy by car.

    It's an average hotel, the rooms are simple, but it is all clean and quiet. It doesn't offer any restaurant (only for breakfast) so having a dinner requires taking your car downtown, but the staff can suggest some good places to eat. A good place to have some rest before you hit the road in the morning.

    locality of the hotel is 20 minutes walking from nice historical centre of the city, nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast included as a buffet, available free parking with sufficient amount of parking places

    Stopover hotel for night before driving north through the alps

    Stayed at this hotel on my journey back from Rome to the Uk by motorcycle After driving up the coast from Rome through Pisa and Genoa this was the ideal place to rest before heading into the AlpsBest thing about the hotel was how easy it was to find off the main highway, with it being a mile or so out of the town centreBreakfast included in the price, but this was a trifle basicSecure car parking under individual covers for each vehicle, however although car park had cctv it was never locked which was a worry with a motorcycle and pannier bags still attached A good stopover hotel catering more for corporate than families
