  A fun and useful summer camp.

  We stayed at the Bell'Italia Village in the month of September for an educational camp dedicated to 42 children with type 1 diabetes, and the experience was truly positive.Managing such a large group of children requires organization, availability, and attention, and we found great professionalism, courtesy, and collaboration in the village staff.The spaces, services, and activities allowed the kids to experience pleasant days, characterized by socializing, fun, and sharing. For us educators, it was particularly important to be able to count on a facility willing to meet the needs of a group with specific requirements.A special thanks to the whole staff for the availability, patience, and attention shown during our stay.   A place that over the years has become part of our project

  Since 2021 we have chosen the Bella Italia EFA Village for the Summer Week of Guarda con il Cuore ODV, dedicated to families with children with Down syndrome. And if we come back here every year, there is a reason.We stay in the Pineta facility and we can use different rooms and especially the large Blue Room, which is organized and adapted to our needs, with tables, materials and everything necessary for activities and therapies. For us, who arrive with families, children, volunteers and professionals and have many simultaneous activities, being able to have such large and flexible spaces really makes the difference.But what we appreciate most is the attention to the specific needs of our group. A concrete example: despite staying at the Pineta, we were reserved an area of the beach that was closer and easily reachable, precisely to facilitate the movement of our children with disabilities. These are attentions that may seem small, but in daily organization they have an enormous value.Also the fact of being inside a very large but fenced-in village, immersed in the pine forest, with a beach, swimming pools and many services reachable without having to leave the facility, allows us to experience the week with greater serenity and to encourage, where possible, even small spaces of autonomy for children and teenagers.Over the years we have also found attention in seeking conditions that would make the stay sustainable for our families and for the volunteers, an aspect that is anything but taken for granted when organizing an associative project with such a large group.A special mention goes to Mariola, our contact person at the Pineta, who, faced with the many specific requests that we inevitably present, does not limit herself to telling us what can or cannot be done, but looks for a solution together with us. And it is probably one of the reasons why a relationship of trust has been built over the years.Naturally, it is good to know where you are arriving: the Bella Italia is a very large facility, also designed to accommodate large groups, not a luxury resort. The catering is that of a facility that manages large numbers and this is not the aspect for which we choose the village; however, we have always found a lot of availability, from the possibility of asking for an extra portion to that of finding an alternative when someone has different needs compared to the planned menu.Pineta, the rooms, the large Blue Room, the beach, the outdoor spaces and above all the availability of the people allow us every year to build our Summer Week as we need it.Since 2021 it has been our choice.   Worst hotel EVER.

  the food is discusting, none of it is cooked, the showers have no pressure and is just an overall awful hotel. DO NOT STAY!!!

  We've stayed at the Pineta and the room was pleasant. Everyday they clean the room and change towels. Breakfast is served w/ egg, bacon, ham, cheese, yogurt, croisant and cereals. Variety of Beverages are good also.Food was good and the portion is ok.Staff. Excellent staff and very helpful, although they're busy but surely when it's your turn they will give you all the attention and info you need. Polite and smiling faces. The guy at the trampoline was so kind.My kids loved the pool with slides. I loved the beach, silent, peaceful and not crowded. In the evening at the piazza there's an animation for everyone. There are small things that may be added or changed, but somehow we aren't bothered about particular things.We had a very nice stay and that's the most important thing.

  Dissapointing

  Was here with my students. Sport facilities okay..but food and rooms was waaaaay below standard No wifi.. no aircon.. boring food. And a lot we were promised never came to be.Staff was helpful but the place seems run down and in need of some work.But okay sport facilities
